My daughter and her friend were made to feel extremely uncomfortable--being closely followed around the store, repeatedly asked if they needed help, and even questioned about the bracelets she was wearing, as if she might have stolen them. Seriously? I went back to the store to speak with the manager, but no one seemed interested in having a real conversation. When I asked the employee who had followed the girls why she was doing so, she admitted it was because they looked "suspicious." That's not just unprofessional--it's unacceptable. It's disheartening to support a small business only to have your kids profiled and treated this way.
