Dispatch has the drivers running around in circles, trying to get them to pick up everyone at once even if the car is already full. Late to appointments. Not good service at all. One time I called newport and they said the car will arrive in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later there was no car so I called again. Dispatch said that a car to pick me up had not even been located yet. The car finally came after an hour of waiting in the cold. This is just one story. I do not recommend. Also, most of the drivers I've dealt with are ok. It's not so much the drivers (some of them are rude and are no good) the real problem is dispatch and the car company. They make the drivers pick up as many people as they can and run around in circles and make people late like I said above. Most of the drivers are ok I am not placing the blame on them, the problem is the company.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. The dispatcher did not pick up and was ignoring us. Then 40 minutes later they called back screaming that they don't see dad. Well dad had to take an Uber and missed his physical therapy appointment. The dispatcher also screamed at me that he was never going to take " you people again"! Well I assure you we will not be using them again and neither should you.

Uber and taxis aren't always reliable and didn't want to get stuck at night stranded, so I reached out to a number of car service companies and went with HighLine. SO HAPPY I DID!!! I called MAS (I also work for MAS) to speak to a supervisor and he argued with her telling her that he doesn't care and that my appointment doesn't have anything to do with him and refused to give me transportation to my appointment.
