The bid was within the range we expected and they proposed replacing our gutters which was something we hadn't requested. The gutters were the item that tipped us to choosing this group. We were delighted with the speed with which the job was scheduled. The weather caused a slight delay but they finished quickly and left no mess behind! I liked that we were kept informed on the progress; we regularly received photos and communications especially when sections of the roof were found to be in rough shape. His presentation was honest and straight forward, he didnt try to sell us stuff we didnt need or want and after inspection of our skylight he could have easliy said we need new ones, but he was honest and said they are good no reason to spend money unnecessarily. The crew was able to finish the job in one day and cleaned up extremely well. The price was better than others and was flexible on how we paid, acutally offered financing if you wanted it.
