Tony did a great job on my hair during my first visit. He's really good with layers, and the price is very affordable. I was really happy with how my haircut turned out, which is why I decided to come back. I scheduled an appointment with him, but when I arrived, he was already cutting someone else's hair and asked me to wait and come back at 12. I told him I'd return, and he agreed. When I came back, he was still cutting someone else's hair and another person was waiting, so I ended up leaving without even going in. I debated writing this because I know it's a small business and Tony is talented, but it seems like the appointment system isn't very reliable right now. Someone else mentioned a similar issue, so until that gets sorted out, I don't think I'll be returning for the time being. read more

I should've listened to the review below that said he will cut your length. I came in and I specifically said I wanted my same hairstyle just a trim because I am growing my hair out. And then away he went with the scissors. I literally had anxiety attack after in my car because he gave me a butterfly cut with wispy layers and cut 2inches off. I went and cried my eyes out in my car all of my hard work with my hair gone just like that... my bangs are messy too but that I can work with. Just look at the pictures I just moved here and I usually go to a very expensive salon and I didn't wanna judge because you can find hidden gems but this was not one of them and I paid the price that not even money can buy. If it was a color issue you can always color it back but you can't glue your hair back on. I am pretty devastated and I think Tony is probably a skilled person but would benefit from taking more time during the consult to really understand what the client wants and ask more questions if he is not sure instead of just going away with the scissors and for the client don't be like me, I heard a chop at the beginning and I thought it might be okay but I should've had the guts to stop and/or just get up and out I deeply regret it now... giving 3 stars because Tony was nice and gave me a water read more

I didn't make an appointment but just walked in after finding this shop on yelp. I asked Tony for long layers and just to trim the dead ends, I have "not" cut my hair in over a year. He delivered! He knows hair texture, I have fine hair, he gave me the soft long layers while maintaining my overall length. On the chair I was happy with his technique as the metallic ombré pink-purple scissors glided to create the layers. I will be returning. Salon is clean, nice natural light, has a great vibe.
