Noise level before even walking in (music at door super loud!) was so loud you cant have a conversation. Throws you off before even entering. Ordered tomato soup, was asked for here or to go. Said for here. Was served in a paper to go cup with a teaspoon. It would have been nice to actually have a soup bowl and a soup spoon! The chairs are very uncomfortable. They cut into the sides of your backside and legs and I am not a big person. Wont be coming back. read more

We've driven past this place so many times since moving to the area, and finally decided to stop in for lunch today. Walking in, the place is very cute. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and they have a cute sign by the ordering counter with their monthly specials. I got the full tuna (on special) and got my girls a half pizza sub for them to share. I'm happy I just got them the half....the sandwiches are very large. I was only able to eat half of the full. The picture is the half I didn't eat and had to take home! The tuna was good. Pretty basic tuna salad with not much texture, but it tasted fresh and the toppings elevated it. The kids enjoyed the pizza sub, all except for the lettuce, which I had to scrape off for them. But next time we'll just get it without. Prices were very reasonable, too, especially considering how big the sandwiches are. 2 adults could easily share a full. You do have to pay extra for topping like cucumber and jalapeño. The lettuce (shredded iceberg probably from a bag), tomato, onion, and pickle is included. They also have a stack of games you can play and some cute Wenatchee merch to buy. Overall, we enjoyed it, and I'll be back to try more sandwiches. read more

This nice little place the ambiance is nice and service is hit and miss. My forts two times here food was good. After that it all went down hill. Food is inconsistent so you never know if the sandwich will be the same as last time. 50% of the time our order is wrong. My wife did say the meatball sub is tasty and not much to mess up. I will try it again see if maybe new staff are working. read more

First, the sandwiches were all completely customizable and super delicious. The service was FANTASTIC! They were super fast and friendly. The restaurant itself is adorable and impeccably clean. I got the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado on a spinach wrap and I was pleased with the huge amounts of turkey! I split mine into two meals and the wrap held up like a champ. read more

Check your Oder before leaving! I have ordered from this place many times and more than once they add items to our sandwiches that we have asked to be excluded due to allergies. It is frustrating, because I live in Leavenworth so it's not like I am going to take it back. WOW! This place is incredible. I'm hard to please and this place will get my business again and again. The service was decent (I'm not peopley), the food was incredible and the feel was - unexplainable. We went with a very busy toddler, unknowingly, near close and they were very welcoming. You've been warned. The SS stands for Super Sucky. This place is terrible. The front counter staff was rude and it felt like we were imposing on their conversation time. Strike one. Then our two sandwiches took forever to come out; over 20 minutes. We got our food to go but should have checked it. My sandwich was completely wrong and my wife's sandwich was so overdressed she had two bites and tossed it. My sandwich also went uneaten. Now we know where not to go at least. read more

Hubby and I passing through Wenatchee when hunger struck. We did not want burgers or burritos but also no chains so happened upon this place. Very homey feel. Staff is nice. I loved my half pastrami and provolone. Hubby enjoyed his French dip. Half sandwich and whole sandwich set us back $20. It was good value. It would be awesome to have hot pastrami sandwich that was not a reuben. Irregardless it's great local business, give them some love and support. read more

They must give discounts for good reviews because this place does NOT have good food simple as that, I tried it multiple times and different sandwiches as well but neither one of them were very good...the chicken sandwich had rubbery chicken that was tough to even chew ( I didn't finish the sandwich) and the steak sub which was ok but the sauce IMO was below something you would get at a subway...COVID must have hit them hard to the point that they suddenly use cheap nasty non fresh ingredients because it makes no sense why this place is at such a good location...they should give it to a place that can actually make good food read more

This place is hit and miss. My curbside pickup took 25 minutes with nobody in the parking g lot. This time, it was more of a miss than a hot. I ordered the Ruben with the expectation of a high or at least a higher volume of meat. I was met with one layer of thin meat a lot of bread soaked in thousand and a few pieces of saurqraut (see the pic). Mind you, I paid $2.00 for extra meat. I would hate to see what the normal one looks like. All said, other places give you a better value for the price. read more

Normally I really like S S Subs, they're usually one of the best places for a fresh sandwich. Tonight We we're severely disappointed. We stopped in at 5:30-5:45 after placing an online order. My sandwich (pictured) wasn't even a sandwich, it was two pieces of bread and a mess. Why would you cut all the way through the bread like this? Not pictured was my boyfriend's lettuce wrap. It was just two pieces of lettuce laid on top of each other, not even wrapped up, it was just like my sandwich but lettuce leaves instead of bread, and I mean that literally. Just slapped two pieces together like they didn't even give a crud. I get it, it was nearing closing time. But seriously, your last sandwich of the day should be just as good as your first. read more

Craved a sandwich and we decided to try this place. It was great. We loved the decor, everything was clean and comfortable. We ordered two full sandwiches and ordered a cup of the Irish beef stew. All of the food was delicious. I ordered a hot roast beef bacon cheddar sub, and my husband ordered the cold pastrami sub. We also swapped 1/2 of our subs to experience the variety. The subs were fresh, the meat was tasty, and the stew was hot and hearty. Afterwards, we also purchased one of the huge soft pink cookies and a brownie turtle bar. Prices for all the items we ordered were reasonable, and the service was friendly and fast. We travel here for work and plan on coming back! read more

I was told that this place had the best sandwiches in town. Save your money and make your sandwich at home. I had the pastrami with provolone, a small bit of mustard with pickles and peppers. I originally wanted a salad, but they were out of lettuce, with a Safeway right across the street. The pastrami was very plain, no flavor at all. The bread was not warm or toasted. It was something I could make at home. Honestly, I could do better with Buddig Pastrami in my kitchen. The place itself is cute and very nice. read more

I would give them 5 stars but cannot today. My first visit, today, I ordered the pastrami Reuben and took it home - hot. The bread is to die for but the pastrami isn't pastrami. It is turkey pastrami. The kind you find by the hot dogs. Overpriced for cheap lunch meat. The chef salad I got for later reveals lunch meat as well. I'm not sure if they know the difference between deli meat and lunch meat. Too bad, because their bread was so good. They disrespect the bread with lunch meat. The artichoke pasta salad is amazing!!
