I took my picture during their grand opening. That was the closest I've ever been to the legend! He's always cool and good vibes as we all know. He hung out that day. They had built him his own private room. The store itself bring back so much nostalgia. Brick walls bring back so many memories of the Doggystyle album. There's a huge Death Row chair when you walk in which they let you sit in if you wanna take a cool flip. I bought a gift. I had to spend $100 but the gift bags had at $200 of goodies from many top brands. If you ever have a chance to grab a gift bag, you will be happy. Now s.w.e.d snoop dogg dispensary has a video camera to an illegal tow company, not the listed towing sign. They towed my car & apparently known to steal cars, I was eating at adjacent restaurant in same strip center & towed my car,with handicapped placard with mom's walker inside. I also bought from S.W.E.D CBD edibles for her Parkinson's & was told parking in the parking lot was ok... well I was informed they are stealing cars... The security guard had the phone number of that company & an answering was all messages full. The security guard from Snoop dogg dispensary called & they called saying missed call, inside & sure on camera.... $60 uber took me into a very dangerous area far from location, got my car back in super shady area. Great shop overall. I love the security guards and a majority of the staff at times attitudes can be present for simple requests but it's whatever. Today however was extremely disappointing which showed me how they treat their customers when conflicts arise. A customer bumped into me and I guess due to his order size the lady specifically said " don't talk to him like that" as if he was a fulll child incapable of understanding basic principles like excuse. (The customer chose to squeeze himself past me even tho I didnt even move since he could've simply walked around me given how much space there was. 2 customers behind me saw it clearly yet somehow given how I was the one angry they chose to kick me out not letting me pay, given I've been a very consistent customer since I moved back here in September. Sure they won't lose sleep losing another customer not surprising given their most recent sh**tings that took someone's life. Maybe if they had better management things like this wouldn't happen. Who knows I'll be ending my former consistent relationship with them given that lady with the glasses being the ultimate decision maker for the company. I've come here a few times to get a feel for the dispensary, and there are some major pros and cons. Pros: All of the budtenders are knowledgeable and kind. They've got a great first visit discount of 20%. Cons: the hours listed are not accurate. They will close early and the only notice you have is walking up and having a bouncer let you know that due to the amount of people inside they've decided to be done for the evening. Love Snoop. I'm from the neighborhood. Left the store with a slight bad taste in my mouth. They had a promo going on. Approached and requested Jeters which came with a 1g dipped pre roll. Caucasian lady with the tats on her neck and maybe face was semi rude said they had no more giveaways. I asked for a replacement and was told with a stern no. Not a I'm sorry we can't accommodate type of approach but more of a it is what it is delivery. Service skills need some training. If you have a promo out and you run out you should be able to replace it with something of equal or lesser value. Otherwise remove the promo it's pretty simple. And re train this female. She needs a customer service 101 course cause I felt kinda like ish when I left .. and not because of the giveaways running out but more so because I felt de valued as a client from both the tone and delivery. In addition , she looked semi disheveled which is a bad look for your organization. Just thought you should know. It was rude and I give you guys weekly business.
