They took us into the backroom filled with several massage beds and there were a few people in there getting massages. Definitely no frills and my daughter looked at me like "mom- where did you take me?" but one they started the massage she relaxed. The hardest part was likely giving up her phone for 30 minutes. You also keep your clothes on for these massages (fortunately since there are other people in the room). My daughter was a little weirded out by the clothes off part for her very first teen massage in the Dominican Republic last winter break so this was preferred. It was a great massage and went by too fast. I thought 30 minutes was good for feet/shoulders, but they do offer more of a full body massage so I'd opt for an hour then.
