Creepiest part of this entire place was some clearly undercover cop came in during the middle of my massage and tried to openly and explicitly solicit the front desk woman for a happy ending massage, offering to pay her in roses and saying how he had a bunch of lower front-back pain. The walls are paper thin so I heard the entire interaction from inside the massage room. Location was both clean looking and clean smelling. The massage woman was pretty good at her job. A little hard when I asked for regular. Prices were ok for the 1hr... I actually wish I did a 90min because by the time she said it was over, I got an extra 10min and I felt I needed more. She popped my wrist and loosened it so I left feeling great, just tired and worn out. She stretched my legs and tried to increase my flexibility. Idk what that prior woman was on about in prior reviews because this was not one of those "type of places". It was classy and professional, except for what happened in my first paragraph. Would I go back? Maybe, but there are a bunch of other massage places out there to try. Nothing special or noteworthy to write home about. read more

I was suffering from a back spasm. The spa was responsive to my call, and I was able to receive a treatment just several hours after my request. The therapist was so gifted, the experience was great all around, i was able to relax and my pain was relieved. I highly recommend this spa. read more

I found this wonderful gem after an acute upper back injury in 2021. I've gone back several times but let me tell you this is prolly the best $60 you'd spend on yourself. I've seen a couple therapists here, but today Vivian showed up! One might underestimate her strength, but her hands were as strong as bull. I have never personally faced a bull, but my back felt moderate torture that was strangely enough therapeutic! I promise. I woke up today with what might have looked like overnight torticollis. Literally couldn't turn my neck to the right. I called at 11 to see if I could get in during lunch and was lucky to get an appointment. I feel like I should play lotto tonight! My back feels adequately stretched, massaged, and properly aligned once again. I hope you'll try this little gem, across the street from the GLENVIEW Public Library and train station. read more

This place has good customer service, and is well maintained but a bit expensive for the quality of the massage. I have had several massages and this one was just okay. This would be a 5 star review if they charged a more reasonable price or created a more luxurious experience say perhaps serving tea to customers to complement the name, etc. read more

I've been getting massages for about 25 years on average every 2-4 weeks, and only Asian massages for the past 10 years (as I think they have the best technique) including in China, Singapore, and in California where Asian massages are abundant. So happy we found this place near our new home in Glenview, as this is hands down one of the best quality massages I've ever had! Jenny, Vivi, and Summer are all great and seem to know the right points and the right pressure better than we do. My husband and I will continue coming every few weeks! read more

Did most of my massage dry over a towel, only used oil after I asked & only for a little bit before going back to the towel technique... it wasn't unpleasant but I paid $110 for my fiancé & I to have a couples massage & we could have had the exact same massage at the foot spa place for $35 a person. Both ladies kept leaving the room to answer the phone or check for people coming in but still cut off our massage at 1 hour from walking in the door so we basically got a 45 min massage for $55 each. They didn't have an actual couples room the just smashed a second bed in so there was a lot of getting bumped into & such, they also left the door open a little which made me very uncomfortable because I only had a towel over my behind... When I brought this all to my lady's attention afterwards she said "I don't care, I told you $120 & I already giving you $10 off". It was not a pleasant experience. I should also mention that my mom is a massage therapist so I've had many massages at different places she worked including being a volunteer at her school for the teacher to show proper manipulation. I went in because my back was so tight that i couldn't breathe & left only mildly relieved. I will never be going back & will tell everyone I know to save their money. read more

The spa is very new, but they really know what they are doing! Everything is fresh and clean; the tables very comfortable. The rates are a real bargain, considering the quality of the various massage disciplines. And of course, Vivi and her therapists are very knowledgeable and experienced. They do more than just ask "Where does it hurt?" They make sure that the treatment is actually helping. As an older guy who usually wakes up with some degree of pain, I find that things are much better after a visit. read more
