The cost was comparable to trex…read more While this should have been a simple build upon taking off the old deck board Pavel discovered a lot of rot. He is so meticulous we decided to replace studs and all the rim board. Then he was very concerned about the source of the water that caused the rot, he went to great lengths to protect the new studs from water. You can see he added crushed stone and also decided replacing the siding with a better install. Being handicapped in a wheelchair, he was nice enough raise the deck and install railing and deeper steps to facilitate my ingress and egress. I have nothing but praises as he really took the time to make the build correct and precise. The photos show beginning to end (follow the numbers as they are out of order. We are SO happy. They refused to address our concerns and did not answer our complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They walk off the job when I made the attempt to rectify the concern when they were using the same foreman and workers that messed up the first job When I wanted to speak to the owner, he refused to speak to me. He called his workers off the job and hung the phone up on me twice and refused to take my husband's phone call as well. Also on the first attempt at the job the foreman took leftover materials that we paid for His response was that he made several attempts to rectify the situation which is not true. They came out one other time when it was raining and unable to work that day due to the rainy conditions . so when they showed up today, I requested to speak to the person that we made the contract with with, but she was unavailable To the owner. You have yet to inspect the work yourself that you call professional. If there was nothing wrong, why come out to repair? Also, there's no intimidation threats or otherwise. Only attempts at communication and demands for professionalism today. When you pulled your workers off the job it was just me and four of them. I should have been concerned for my safety! As I was speaking with you today, you hung up on me twice! I also have documentation and you filing a police report only gives your side of the story that does not deter me and posting what a shotty job your workers did in the sub standard work performed at our home. Maybe that is your attack it because you want me to take down my review, but I am more than determined that our home should be treated and care for as any other home and the work should be done properly because we paid for it. Actually there was only me outside today, which I have the absolute right to do on my property. No yelling, no threats, no safety concerns. That is untrue. And I take note of this tactic. There' has not been any threats to your workers at all. We have video footage from our security cameras and to perpetuate anything of this nature I take offense to. It did not happen, not today or any other day.
