Shopping in Mililani, Oahu, Hawaii... I was walking between Starbucks and Zippy's at Town Center of Mililani when I spotted a familiar name: S7 Icy Bubble. I have been to their Dillingham Boulevard, Aina Haina, Aiea, Pearl City, and Kailua locations, but not this Mililani store... yet... I had to take a look... Besides bubble tea and snacks, S7 has a lot of cute merchandise. I browsed through the blind boxes, keychains, hair accessories, backpacks, pens, purses, etc. Tempting... especially the bunny bag! I was intrigued by the small outfits that could fit a Labubu. I got a set at $7.99 and it fit! I should have gotten another set... haha! I'll find time to go out there again. Great spot for a sweet treat! * Parking: Ample parking in the Mililani Town Center lot. For the nearest parking area, I'd suggest to park by the movie theatre or behind iHop. * Ambiance: Kind of overstimulating with the bright lights, aisles of merchandise, lego wall, claw machines, etc. but kids would really enjoy it here! It was a good way of passing time while we waited for our order. * Service: Quick and easy ordering. I appreciate how their menu includes so many pictures! *Food/Drink: I love a good oreo dessert so we ordered the choco monster waffle as well as the oreo rolled ice cream. Welcome to Mililani... After much teasing here they are and what a glorious shop one of the larger ones that I've been to as there SO much space to browse the many merchandises they have where you wonder is it a Fun and cute gift shop or a boba store...both and why not have it all which you can find here and it's not just the teas but ice cream rolls and egg waffle all filled with treats we love though the demand is quite high at the moment as I wished I ordered my drink first since they're desperately short staffed to handle the volume and still learning the huge menu items as I could see the staff reading the ingredients needed for the drink items. I ordered the Yike Lemon tea which is made with fresh green tea and lemon which is a simple and refreshing on this hot summer day and to relax my me time on this weekend was very healing. S7 is located in Town Center of Mililani near the theaters so you know that parking is a breeze and it's a lovely addition to the mall as it's so bright and fun with the Lego wall that kids of all ages to enjoy along with cute Asian merchandises with a decent amount of seating for you to relax and enjoy. Soft opening 8/14/2025. My son stopped by after work and ordered 3 drinks (2 Midnight Milk Tea w/custard and 1 Peach Glow) After taking a few sips of the Midnight milk my kids noticed there was no boba! I reached out to S7 via an IG post letting them know my son also tried calling but it went straight to vm. He left a message but never got a call back. I did however get a reply via an IG private message. The person apologized and asked to make it right by remaking the drinks at no charge. I came by on Friday 8/15 around 4:45pm and there was no line. Upon walking in I noticed a welcome mat in front of the door that appeared to be covering a large piece of missing tile. As you walk in there is a slight dip as the floor is uneven and the mat stickes up slightly around the uneven ground beneath, definate tripping hazard. I noticed it was quite warm inside the shop and there was black particles all over the floor and tables. As I walked around people started to mention debris flying out from the vents. It was brought to the attention of the staff. I went to the register to place my order and informed the gentleman that I had received a message regarding replacing my drinks from the other day. I also let him know I wanted to order several more drinks. He took my order and insisted on me not paying for anything! I told him I would like to pay for the other drinks but he declined. I left a nice cash tip in the jar. We waited for our drinks at the seating area and I took notice of all the black debris covering the tables and floors. When our drinks were ready they were packed up in a cute box. We took them home to drink and right away I noticed the boba was there,lol. It was rather soft and mushy but had a nice sweetness. As I kept drinking I noticed something else was missing...the custard,lol. The custard is an additional charge of .75 when added to drinks as a topping and seeing as how my entire order was free I didn't complain about the missing custard. Overall I think there is still a lot of things that need to be worked out for this location but I look forward to continuing to support them and wish them all the best! read more

I felt bad for her cause the entire staff were speaking in another language and this cashier was just singled out. The drink took forever to be made. There were only 2 people waiting ahead of me. There are 4 staff working. It took 15 minutes to get my drink. That just seems way too long tbh. Just long enough to have me browsing their items to suck me into buying something (which I didn't). In terms of food products offered, this S7 Icy Bubble location serves the same quality drinks, egg waffles, and rolled ice cream cups as their other locations on island. I've only been to a few of the locations (Kapolei, Pearl City, and their now shut-down Kapahulu location) but it seems like this is the biggest S7 Icy Bubble I've seen by far. Inside the store, there's a few aisles of different trinkets for sale such as clothes for Labubu dolls, plushies, card games, and more. They also have shelves of unofficial Labubus for sale for under $20. When you purchase something, whether it be a drink or merchandise, you can sign up for their rewards program which can eventually give you a coupon reward when you rack up enough points. I really like how there's some seating available and that people are freely able to interact with the Lego-like brick wall to create anything. My only gripe is that there should be a sign to show which direction people should line up from. I noticed there were customers confused on where the line ended and there were a few people that accidentally cut others in line so I think it'd be helpful to have a sign regarding where people can line up. Also, they should have a separate section away from the line where people can pick up their drinks or food items because you have to cut the line temporarily to grab your item and it feels a little too busy in one small area. Maybe have people pick up their drinks on the far left side? I know it's only their first day so maybe the layout will be a little better later on. I can't imagine how hectic it can be during the first week of opening too D: In any case, this location is definitely attracting a lot of customers and will definitely be my go-to boba spot whenever I go to Mililani! read more

In need a dessert, I took my son here for the first time. I was surprised how large the shop is, they have a lot of cute items for sale in addition to their bubble drinks and bubble waffles. I got the mango yogurt drink with purple rice. The flavor was good but the rice pieces were way too hard like they had dried out. I deducted a star for this. My son enjoyed his lychee blush with lychee jelly drink. Overall the drinks are more fairly priced than other bubble drink places. This taro smoothie was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced--not too sweet, not watered down. The taro flavor tasted authentic and nutty, with a rich purple color that looked as good as it tasted. Blended really well with no icy chunks, and the texture was thick without being heavy. Super refreshing and satisfying--definitely one of the better taro smoothies I've had. This place has slow service. Bubble tea is fast and timely but every other drink and dessert is a 20 minute wait or more. They also got my order wrong. It took so long to get a waffle. The ladies behind the counter instead of working productively, decided that having a loud discussion in Chinese about what's wrong was a more appropriate use of time. Save problems and discussions for after working hours. It makes the worker being talked to uncomfortable. It also makes customers uncomfortable and ruins the vibe of the place. Customers left due to the loud conversation. It made them uncomfortable enough to leave without ordering anything. I can understand some Chinese and I was uncomfortable. I wanted to leave but my husband made me get my order replaced with the correct drink. I also wonder if anyone working here reads the comments and takes into account the ratings of this place. My daughters love S7! We've ordered from them during the pandemic and really enjoy their drink menu. Some of our favorites: Acai milk tea, midnight and Aloha taro. My kids love their gadgets in the store in addition to their drinks. The prices are great. The not so good...so you can't order anything other than what's on the menu, for instance: you can get a strawberry smoothie or a taro smoothie but you cannot order a strawberry&taro smoothie=weird. I am aware the name is "icy" but a smoothie is not a slushy or a freeze it is a smoothies...my Taro Smoothie (only, because you can't have a strawberry/taro) is watery not creamy like a smoothie should be...and you can taste the powder because there is not enough to add the actual taro flavor. My husband's strawberry/banana (yes this is on their menu, weird that this can be mixed together but not the strawberry/taro??) is also subpar at best, watery not a creamy smoothie...taste is barely there. The kid working there was sweet, not his fault if that's the recipe and procedure Overall not a fan of their smoothies and won't go back to try again because I assume that the product they are selling is a direct reflection of their recipes and procedures for making all their products...waste of money in my opinion. Win's in Wahiawa is the place to go for the best Strawberry & Taro smoothie on this Island, they were closed for the holiday which is why we tried this place, they open back up tomorrow and I will be making the trip to get the smoothie I crave! *Also confirm your order on the screen, I asked for boba in my smoothie and it didn't get added after the discussion of why they can't make a strawberry/taro smoothie...so I actually saved .50 on a drink that is sitting in the freezer so I can fix it up later after the water freezes. read more

I'm not sure if it was a mother-and-daughter team working behind the counter, but from the moment I walked in, they were arguing loudly about waffle cone flavors. They switched between their native language and English, debating what waffle order was next to make "original, chocolate" made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the ordering system was just as chaotic. Orders were frequently mixed up, and their receipt system wasn't working, so even though they called out numbers, customers had no clear way of knowing whose order was whose. By the time the waffles finally came out, my drink was already half-melted. To make matters worse, the waffle bubbles looked sad and deflated compared to the ones I've had from other shops that make this type of treat. Overall, the lack of organization, broken system, and disappointing product made this visit very underwhelming. I won't be returning. read more

As someone who loves s7s but hasn't been happy with the current offerings post covid I was super excited one was opening near my crib and was like ok hopefully this one is the bomb and while the offerings quality is arguably trading blows with Kunia for the best tasting since Kapahulu closed, it has the worst service. I went here 3x and each time it was more crowded to look at the goods there than the drinks and each time took over 15-20 min with cashiers not knowing how to put light ice or add toppings, workers staring off into space instead of prepping orders after mine etc. One could chop this up to just opening jitters but this isn't the first s7 to open so it should be bang on and it just wasn't. I and others had orders where we got 2 things and the simplest one took the longest and the most complex (food/yogurt) the shortest with workers stopping us thinking we didn't get both or that one we got was on the way. While I can dig the effort there I see no coordination with staff from top to bottom. As someone who worked in a kitchen for a few years I know that alone is unacceptable let alone times to wait. I also see people on what I assume are their lunch or first/second break and they wait the longest despite ordering a smoothie with boba again with only several people in front/behind (me and another person usually). There shouldn't be this much disjointed comms from management closing tickets and times going over 10 min especially if these people give you time during breaks to come and it takes forever and a day. I can say if I was working in the area I wouldn't come till before or after my shift for sure given the long wait. If this improves along with workers actually prepping/running more supplies not mid order this place deserves an easy 5 but until then this stays a 2. read more

Been here a couple of times. Kids got the rolled ice cream each time. It was good. No problems with the ice cream itself. But service was slow and workers didn't acknowledge us while we waited in line while they were making the orders for the other customers. In other establishments someone would say we'll be right with you or something like that. But I didn't get that here. Would I come back again? For the kids, yes. From the moment we stepped in to the time we left gave literally the worst customer service and experience. Two workers doing their job without any acknowledgment or a simple "we'll be right with you." We ordered 2 smoothies and I'm simple with my order --ADD BOBA and I'll try the Lychee Jelly too! Assumed the worker took my orders correctly...2 Stars given for the flavor of the smoothies, it's Meh! When our order was ready, noticed that my drink did NOT HAVE BOBA and questioned the worker who rudely replied, "Boba doesn't come with smoothies" Which then I said but I ordered my drink with Boba and Jelly. He took my drink with a hard sigh and no F given of recognizing that he made a easy mistake, could've taken some accountability and admitted that it's okay and will be corrected. Did a takeout order online. On my way to pick it up, decided to take care of a quick errand to pick up something I needed so I did a quick stop into Longs by where I parked before walking over to the boba shop, didn't even take 5 minutes. Then finally on my way to get my boba, the store calls me. When I answered the call, the worker didn't even ask to speak to so-and-so, just started talking: "...We're gonna put your drink in the fridge because it's starting to melt" LOL No introduction, no asking to speak with whoever the order was under.. just straight letting me know that I'm taking too long and my drink will be refrigerated soon. I went ahead and let her know I was 10 seconds away as I was turning the corner by the gym. Walked in and grabbed my order from the girl. The service is kinda bad here. This isn't the first weird incident I experienced here but decided to do a Yelp because that was just so unprofessional. Good thing the prices are cheap.
