This place is a new hit in my house! My kids continue to ask for boba from this location almost everyday (sorry guys it's maybe once every other week thing). Service is quick and it's easy to order. Staff is always friendly. This location has so much fun stuff! No need to go to Kapolei for candles or balloons anymore. This is your perfect stop. Under the Lego wall is a row of booths. Don't forget to browse all the isles of goodies. The shakes are delicious and a couple of my kids get extra boba, which is no problem. I can't recall if it's extra but maybe $1.50? Ube smoothie is my husband's favorite. I love the midnight milk tea. Our daughter enjoys the lychee blush. Our son loves the icy bubble mango ADD lychee. Best part for me is the milk tea waffle combo. Saves you money & is yummy. The service is awesome but sometimes it gets a little busy and lines and wait time is nuts. I love that there are Lego pieces inside for my baby to play with and tables and seating to relax while long waits happen. Also looooove all their knickknacks that they have for sale. read more

After I placed my order, two other customers came in and ordered drinks, and the employee said their boss told them to prioritize drinks over ice cream. So even though I ordered first, I was pushed back while they made other orders. That's not how service should work. If you're going to ignore order times, at least be upfront about it. Haven't tried the bubble, but every time we pass by the kids want to go to the "local" store to buy all the cutesy things. This is a temu meets Amazon store for children with all the latest gadgets to try. We give each kid $10 and they go for hours just looking and debating what to get. We've passed by for months now while they were still building so we're glad to see they're finally open! It's located in the Waianae mall plaza near Burger King so there's plenty of parking. We went to the soft opening right at 4pm so they were flooded with people. Took us about an hour total to order and get our drink which was understandable since it's new and they're still figuring it out. Interior was fully stocked with a wide variety of well priced nick nacks for purchase (we ended up getting a Lego set along with our drink). Drink wise we got the mango rice yogurt which was good but not our favorite-- probably will come back to try something else another time. They had a huge selection of drinks as well as rolled ice cream which we saw some people order and it looked so good! Neat ice cream shop with legos on the wall for kids to play with. There is a small seating area inside. I like how they mix in the toppings and roll it like a burrito. The value is great for what you get. This was my family's favorite ice cream place while we were on vacation. read more

As a visitor to the island I found this to be a fun experience. A shop within a shop. Fun things to buy and the rolled ice cream is different but I personally prefer a creamier ice cream. Presentation is great though. I probably wouldn't be back if I was craving ice cream. read more

After much anticipation they're open! Still working out some kinks but overall we got our drinks quickly. Like the other locations there's also a ton of other goodies to look at while you wait or even after you get your drinks. It's pretty quiet besides the sounds of boba and dessert making. The manager also apologized for my first experience and also presented a $20 gift certificate and refunded me the difference from my first visit when i was over charged.
