Always liked this place. The ice cream cakes are great when in a pinch for a party. Highly recommend.

Went in to buy an ice cream for the girls and have never gone here before. I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered the dinosaur creature sundae because it was so cute and my little daughter is Dino crazy. I also ordered a two scoop sundae as well. The order came and the dinosaur creature sundae looked nothing like the ad. When I brought it up, Justin said"We are out of the cups" I explained that the cups are what makes it dino. He says"I just work here" yes, yes you do which is why you should service what you sell. I said,"ok, you should have told me that when I paid extra for it" He again said " I just work here" Besides the terrible customer service, the serving size for both items was not at all what the photos state. Tried calling several times at different times to place cake orders. When I called the gas station that it's located in to see if they were even opened, they confirmed yes BR is opened and the man is there. That must be the same man all the horrible reviews are about. Called the Kapolei location and someone answered and happily took my order. Glad to give my business to a place that actually wants it- Kapolei. I love this Baskin Robbins! They are usually consistently busy due to it being the only place for miles between Kapolei and Waianae to get some ice cream from a ice cream place vs a store or drive thru Location: Adjacent to Hele Gas Station right after Nanakuli Super and right by Subway, Sack N Save, near McDonald's Parking: there are literally only 2 stalls infront if the Baskin Robbins, there is one adjacent to the tire filling area and maybe 5 stalls behind the gas station Hours effective 03/15/2018 Sunday 10:00am - 10:00pm Monday 10:00am - 10:00pm Tuesday 10:00am - 10:00pm Wednesday 10:00am - 10:00pm Thursday 10:00am - 10:00pm Friday 10:00am - 10:30pm Saturday 10:00am - 10:30pm Employees here always have to deal with huge crowds but they maintain such great customer service!! Shakes are super watery. The young boy added some kind of syrup along with the milk, maybe as a sweetener to get away with shorting the ice cream?? Either way, stick with scoops or sundaes, avoid the drinks. read more

This Baskin-Robbins is located in a Tesoro gas station. Usually there is a single employee working and it's usually the owner. Very friendly, clean, ice cream is always stocked (BIG plus). Being the only ice cream shop on the west side, besides Kapolei, it tends to get very busy, but he handles it like a pro! Very good service, a bit slow when they have those .50 cent ice cream scoops. One worker, but worth the wait, he takes the time to listen and explain the specials. Awesome and the ice cream of course is so delicious! read more

I called earlier in the day to ask if they keep icecream cakes on hand. The female who answered the phone was super polite, pleasant, totally normal. But when I went in this evening to purchase the cake, I was met with a totally different attitude. I placed the cake on the counter and waited for the man to turn around from what he was doing at the back counter to assist us. He came to ring us up, grabbed our cake and opened it up to remove the cake label/toothpick. I asked him if he could write on the cake for me and he let out a huge huff and a puff. He quickly grabbed the cake and started to go back to the back counter but I told him nevermind, no need to personalize it, I didn't want to trouble him. After paying, he didn't even say "Thankyou", he said, "Here" and slid the cake over to me. I will gladly take my future icecream cake needs to another business. Polite girl who answered phone is giving them their extra star otherwise I'd leave a 1-star. read more

Most horrible experience ever and this isn't the first time! This old man that works their is such an angry person all the time and has absolutely ZERO customer service. I ordered 5 shakes, a recess pieces, cotton candy and 3 strawberry cheesecake shakes. When I told him about the 3 strawberry cheesecake shakes, he shook his head and said "I don't have enough for large" in a very angry and rude way! Mind you the ice cream bin was more then half full. Something needs to be done about the workers in this location because they have no customer service! WAIANAE LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. read more

Place is located inside the Tesoro in Nanakuli. They close at 10pm so once they close for the night, even the ice cream in the glass freezers is off limits. To me, that is the one thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars. The ice cream in the freezers shouldn't be off limits just because baskin robbins is closed. So I will have to give them 4 stars only. Here's hoping they can fix that, because their ice cream is great, especially the ice cream cakes. read more

Located inside the gas station, there is no place to sit down to enjoy your ice cream. It's more of a grab and go location; nonetheless, it gets 5 stars because they are always clean and the customer service is awesome - the guy behind the counter ALWAYS has a pos+ attitude. read more
