While we were eating, the employee went into the back, and we could hear her loudly scrolling on social media with the volume on full blast, even laughing at times. Toward the end of our visit, she came back to the front, sat down, and continued on her phone. The entire atmosphere felt so awkward that we decided to leave and finish our gelato in our cars. Even as we walked out, there was no thank you, no goodbye--no acknowledgment at all. It was honestly disappointing. That said, the gelato itself is actually really good, and the interior of the shop is nice. That's the only reason I'd consider coming back. I did notice their featured drinks and the Honey & Lemon Black Tea which sounded exactly what I needed and though I'm able to adjust the sweetness and ice level as well is nice to enjoy my drink, the staff made it very fast and efficient giving me lots of time to run over to Golden Coin for some lunch as well.
