Recently, I was randomly messaged and told they would no longer service my yard because I only schedule monthly cuts and they now have clients who do weekly or biweekly service. I understand businesses grow and priorities change, but the way this was handled felt inconsiderate and inconvenient, especially as a loyal customer of over a year. What was most disappointing is there was no discussion at all. Had there been a conversation about switching to biweekly service, we would have been willing to do that. Instead, it was simply stated that they would no longer be able to service us because of their new clientele. A little more professionalism and communication would have gone a long way. It's disappointing to feel like long-term customers matter less once a business becomes more popular.

We had already vacuumed it prior to their arrival. An elderly women came in to do the "scrubbing". I can't vacuum this house in 15 minutes and yet they supposedly cleaned the carpets thoroughly in 15 minutes. When questioned on how they were able to accomplish this so quickly he told me to go to his competitor. When asked how the carpet was already dry they claimed to have "missed that spot". The "deodorizer" he used on our carpets made them smell worse! After this experience I went and purchased products at Walmart to "reclean" the carpets. The amount of dirt, hair, and other things that came out of that carpet after they "professionally" cleaned for us was ridiculous. Buyer Beware...

Gave them a call and reached Pete yesterday and they got me in for a window today right away…read more Called me 15 minutes before the window and arrived right on time, at the first of the window opening. I was pleased to not have to wait around. They even helped me (pregnant) move a few things I hadn't got to move yet. They were prompt and fast and did a great job! I have 3 kids and 2 indoor dogs and this rug was looking quite bad and they were able to bring it back to life pretty well.
