Our paint color didn't come out perfect initially but he communicated with our team and let us know that there would be a delay as he worked to get the paint perfectly matched to the rest of the vehicle. They have helped in twice now with two different car accidents...it was super stressful both times and they helped with upfront costs, getting my car towed to their location, they managed and coordinated everything with insurance...they were unbelievable kind...the first thing they asked was if I was okay and they reassured me they would get everything handled right away. And it seems effortless for them. I never had to deal with anything. I took it to 213 and they gave me a very fair estimate, and even incorporated a rental car into the price through a great partnership they have with a nearby Enterprise.
