Didn't even know where I was being taken until I was standing in front of the store. This place is not just poultry. They also have four legged types of protein here. The four legged proteins are precut and displayed in refrigerator cases. Place looks relatively clean. People working there are very rude and arrogant, today I went to buy one chicken there was a lady at the front desk , I told her about that , while I was waiting there another guy came and asked me same question I told him , I have already told the lady, he seems annoyed replied me that she does not understand English, also he kind of gave me down look and sarcastically smiled saying "One chicken". I said him how am I going to know about. That guy was rude in speaking , we had some exchange there , then I want to discuss this with manager so went to main front desk and asked about manager - guy over there he told me manager is not here , I asked his number he said he can not provide that, then he said he is the manager I should talk to him, so I was little surprised earlier he said manager is not there and now he changed to call himself manager , I was looking at him and processing why he flipped then he suddenly changed the topic talked to me very rude way that I gave him a look. And stopped argument by now I have come to know this whole place is bunch of rude and arrogant people who have no believe and respect the customer. read more

I have an had amazing experience with Saba live poultry they delivery which is amazing. Everyone in there is always kind and polite from Omar ( who is no longer there ) Mohamed , Sam , bashir, saleh I think lol. The chicken isn't Bruised like other places I have tried . I visited this place today and I must say this place is not social distancing or wearing a mask, the workers are walking up and down with no protection, maybe they forget how is was in New York not so long ago and people are still dying in the US. Too many customers are also walking around with no mask, this place is not safe and if you value your health you should not go there, the city should crack down on places like this and I will file a complain at 311 and I encourage others to do the same. read more
