They came over for 2 minutes then looked at the clean-out. The guy said that a 2-inch clean-out is not big enough for hydro jetting and told us they'd come back the next day if we agreed to install a 3-inch clean-out in the garage, since we have an exposed 3-inch pipe. We agreed and scheduled the visit for the next day between 10 and 11. When the day came, we called and texted them multiple times, and every time they said they were just a few minutes away. Finally, after three hours, they showed up, installed the clean-out, and then said they didn't have a hydro jet with them and would come back the next day again As a result, my parents were stuck without a working toilet for two days because of them and we call another plumber and they fix the problem and even they said we don't need 3 inch cleanout to run the hydro jet and we Waste $350 for nothing
