The tow truck driver in Loggers Lane Squamish was just absolutely rude. I went there to ask where the Squamish office is located (which apparently there was none as the office is in Vancouver). His rudeness was just very unnecessary. Payless is a big company and has been in the business for a long time but I wouldn't recommend it. I have used other towing companies in the past and I had never experienced such treatment. Go for a towing company that will treat you even with a little respect.

He became verbally abusive when I explained my situation as I had witnesses as to how long my car had been parked. This type of person should not be employed to deal with the public, as he has an extremely threatening demeanor. ( we being female seniors).
