The tow truck driver in Loggers Lane Squamish was just absolutely rude. I went there to ask where the Squamish office is located (which apparently there was none as the office is in Vancouver). His rudeness was just very unnecessary. Payless is a big company and has been in the business for a long time but I wouldn't recommend it. I have used other towing companies in the past and I had never experienced such treatment. Go for a towing company that will treat you even with a little respect.

I was told I still could not get to my belongings or my medication. I was told to call back again at a later time. There was no capability to organize a time, give a phone number for them to call me when they are ready. I am instructed to continue to call back at later times and now dates in hopes to find "the perfect time" for someone to let me on the lot. I have no idea if or when I will be able to get to my car.
