SABER foundation repair company, out of Murietta, Southern California -did a great job on lifting the back part of our house, and stabilizing along the back, outside part. We would recommend them to anyone - based on our experience. Very positive, and house feels stable. They even stabilized the part of kitchen floor that sagged. (The crew came to our house a few months ago. We had received an estimate several months before that.) The man who came out was nice, polite, and did a good job describing the options based on his looking at hallway, going under house, and the info we provided. SABER was very patient in waiting for us to make up our minds on deciding when to go ahead with the foundation stablizing and lifting the back part of the house. Note - Health problems on our part delayed the work - nothing on SABER'S part. SABER did call a few times to see if we were still interested, but not pushy. When the crew arrived, the head guy/foreman did a great job of describing what was to be done, when they needed 1 or more people to come in the house, and which rooms. (Have dogs that were in the house.) All the guys were very polite, clean, and friendly. I asked a lot of questions along the process, which were answered in a way I could understand, and actually watched part of it being done. We were very satisfied with the lifting of the hallway, and storing it up - no softness in walking there. Even the back part of house feels stable - very comforting. The kitchen floor feels like it should - stable with no sagging. SABER cost a bit more than another Company, but we decided SABER was more knowledgeable, no pressure to make a decision "right away", and we liked the person we talked to the day he gave us a quote. I had been watching my room addition gradually separate and sink away from the rest of my home for years. Peter Palma spent nearly 3 hours explaining how this happens in neighborhoods like mine, and carefully drew out a push pier plan that seemed simple, yet fail proof. When Richard Garcia and his team arrived, they were like a choreographed performance, quickly and professionally working both in unison and separately to expedite the complex steps of prepping my area for maximum neatness, digging the holes, placing equipment and getting my eleven piers inserted. Although many women don't care for the details, Richard saw how fascinated I was with the process and invited me to safely watch the various steps of the piers being installed. The depth of my home's competent soil was over 40 feet deeper than expected, but no additional cost! (The other company would have added $40 per foot, raising the total cost by thousands.) It totally sucks when you find out you have to spend a lot of money on something you'll never see. That's what cracked foundations and sinking footings are at my house. A lot of money for a problem that's solved under ground. The only thing that makes it all tolerable is that Saber has done the repair with a guaranteed solution and a very reasonable price. Though it's still a lot of money, it's never going to be a recurring problem again - if you do it right...and Saber has done it right. I'll never have cracks in my walls, or dipping foundations, or cracks in my slab again - all due to the great work these guys did. The people made the entire process much easier to deal with. Ken came out and explained the entire system and patented solution. Then, Saber sent a crew led by Alvin Rodriguez. A great guy who ran a great crew of Dimitric and Grayson. Together, all three of them did an exceptional job, and went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they completed. And now, my house is on solid ground...or bedrock (technically). The one thing I really liked was that Alvin communicated with me at every step of the way. I particularly liked that. No surprises. Way to go Crew #3. The job took a few extra days. I don't blame Sabre for that. Frankly, that always happens at our house. We have very hard soil and a lot of movement that had to be corrected. We just completed underpinning our foundation with Saber Geotechnical/Foundation/Construction. We had developed a large crack in our foundation and a corner of our house was essentially shifting slowly downhill. This was causing floor separations, dry wall, stucco and trim cracks, etc.. Saber was able to arrest the movement and raise the corner of the house to its original level. Saber Foundation was, from start to finish, a delight to work with. Over the years I've worked with dozens of contractors renovating two homes and had my share of good and exasperating contractors. Saber was, by far and away, the most squared away and professional company to deal with that I've ever experienced. Appointments were kept, phone calls returned, people showed up when they said they would and the work was done in an exemplary manner. These guys are huge upsellers! I did two jobs with them and I was told by the actual installers how they train the people that come out to the house. They teach them to upsell so it's very deceitful. After 3 years, im ​still getting cracking in the foundation after 7 Piers have been put in a specific area. So they say you have a 25-year warranty sure you do first they come out and charge you another $250 so that they could check if there is a problem with their installation... If that's not an upsell what is. Ive been told by the workers that work for them saber is all about telling the customer anything to bid a higher job and believe me they don't back it up the work is falling apart now the 25-year warranty yeah sure as long as you pay us another $250 so that we could see if it's our problem or not stay far away from these guys... When you hear it from the workers that work there telling you first hand how crooked the company is you got to think twice I wish I would have managed to get that information before I committed and had the job done it was after everything was done and I was friendly with the workers that they revealed the way the company works! read more

What is so shocking to us is that here's a company that actually seems to care about its customers. Last October we had Saber come to the manufactured home we just purchased to re-level the old sidewalks, raise the wobbly concrete deck, and smooth out the trip hazards and concrete problems. They brought up the level of the concrete under the deck to bring it all back to level. We were quite amazed at how well it all worked. It looks great and it's perfectly level. We are very pleased with how it all came out. And, we did have a couple little issues that we discovered after they left. It took a while to get on the calendar but when they came back, twice as a matter of fact, they fixed both issues and we couldn't be happier. Saber went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the results. Not only were we impressed with the quality of their work we remain tickled pink that they treat their customers so well. I do not recommend this company to anyone. My initial impression of their work being good turned out to be a nightmare. They do not keep their words even on a signed contract. 25 yr warranty meaning basically ignoring you. I have made several calls few months after the foundation work they did to have them come out and fix the recurring issues. All they did after making me wait for a long time was to send someone to take measurements and never get back with me. I had to keep calling their office every time after that and same thing! I have all the same movements, cracks, door not closing, and even cracks in different or new areas. They absolutely did not reinforce the foundation. The last appointment was over a month ago for their representative to show up 1.5 hr later than the scheduled time. I still have not received any feedbacks!!! Go figure. Do you trust Saber to work on your foundation?!!! It's been over 2 years since the initial work with horrible/zero improvements and I am still chasing them. read more

I had Paul Hamilon from Saber come out to evaluate my sagging foundation. Paul was professional, thorough, and reasonable. He came up with a plan that worked for my home and my budget. Eric Maravilla and his crew performed the installion of the structural piers in two phases, which worked out very well for the project. In the first phase, they exposed some buried utilities that had to be moved, and they installed the piers that had no utilty conflicts. After I had the conflicting utilities moved, Eric and his crew returned to complete the job. Eric and his team are professional, capable, competant, solution-oriented, and have a positive "can-do"attitude. Eric and his crew left my house better than they found it, and with a much more structurally sound foundation. As for Paul, he stayed involved with the project and helped us work through some unforseen conditions. The Saber Teams says what they are going to do, and then do it. He and his entire crew always arrived on time and kept us informed on the progress of the work they were either starting or completing. Living in a Southern California Liquefaction Zone in a house built in the late 1940s (when there was probably little information on seismic science and the importance of securing, retrofitting, one's house to its main base of support: the concrete foundation), I felt a dire need to earthquake retrofit my major investment, my house. My backyard patio, installed in 2005 had developed several cracks. In some places the cement patio slumped ending up with large separations and an uneven deck. Saber arrived on time. Nait and Rick (Saber employees) reviewed the situation and began their work to level the patio. Where doing additional leveling would cause additional complications, they would explain it to me and allow me to make the decision as to whether to continue or not. I had hope d the cracks would come together a bit closer, like the photos on the truck side shows, but they actually end up rather far apart, but the deck is fairly level. Overall I am happy with the job. My only concern is that the material injected will last a long time in maintaining the lever patio. read more

Had work done to stabilize and reinforce my house November 8, 9 10. Two different crews, one headed by James which were responsible for installing pilings. The second crew of Richard and Charlie which were responsible for the concrete work. Both crews were very responsible and courteous which is a big plus in my book. They put in full days of hard work. Richard even gave me some advise of what to do about root problems I have raising my concrete. Ron our sales representative came to the job site to make sure everything was running smoothly and if I had any question.
