My son was having trouble starting his car and took it to a local auto parts store to have them pull the code to see what was up... the employee there didn't plug the reader in, but assured my son it was the starter, so my kiddo dropped $200 on the part and they told him to take it to Express to have changed. My son brought the vehicle there, and the mechanic there tested the starter told him his starter was perfectly fine, and that his issue was a little switch under his clutch. They swapped it out, and fixed the little doohickey, and saved us $200! I was over an hour away, and couldn't help my son out, so it was such a relief to know that I could send him there and he would be taken care of. Thank you, thank you thank you! i don't know the names of the people that worked on my sons car, I just know I spoke to Elizabeth when I called. Have i said thank you enough? Y'all are wonderful.

Thankfully, we were led by locals to Autocon, where owner Nilton Contreras (a 10-year Army medic vet and father of six) and his brothers were so kind. We had to leave the car with them, so Nilton took us and our belongings to a hotel in the next city, and then we rented a car for the remainder of the trip until we could back to Autocon to retrieve my Buick. These brothers are amazing and truly care about their customers as individuals. They replaced the Buick's valve cover gasket with Buick parts and had the car ready in three days. I gave 4stars because they didn't reset my oil change in the maintenance system and it came on just after I got back into Florida. I called the Toyota dealership. They recommended that I go back to Valvoline to reset the system. Something they should know to do automatically. Because I was traveling to SC, I Super at a Valvoline there to have the system reset. I was good to go. Now that I know to ensure that the system is reset before driving off, I'll try Valvoline in Pooler GA again. The staff at that location is excellent!!!
