I hate to write reviews like this but the public should be aware of the danger of this place. So, my visit started with a phone call with a PA who was so nice and amazingly thorough. All the information and prep prior to my procedure was top notch. I didn't mind waiting a little bit late for my procedure to start. Although the facility is old and needs major updates, I was still pretty happy to be there - UNTIL I WASN'T. So after prepping and taking my last minute information, I was moved into the procedure room. As I was lying on my side, just about to be knocked out, I saw something move on the monitor. The camera probe was sitting on a desk top type thing and you could see what the camera sees on a large screen above it. It is a camera they use for the probe and of course everything in its view is enlarged. At first I thought it was a spider. The camera was locked on it and it started to move. I said the the anesthesiologist, "Look a spider! Oh no, wait thats a crab! Look you guys a crab!" But it had disappeared off camera by then and who knows where it went. Although the nurse half heartedly took a quick glance for it, they blew it off like I didn't really see it and then I was out. Okay, oh my God. Yes, it was a crab and it was moving. I wish I would have stopped the whole thing right there but it happened so fast I didn't really process it. I wasn't sure about saying anything but apparently there are no procedures in place to be sure something like this doesn't happen. Because it did - it happened. They better hope to God I don't end up with something after visiting this place. I'm not even kidding. Lawsuits require real damages and I better not have any. If I had known the possibility of picking up an STD was so easy at this place, I would have gone somewhere else. Avoid this place until they get better, cleaner safety standards in place. Dr. Sach and the ENTIRE staff are amazing, kind, efficient and lovely. It was so clean and bright in the back where they do all the procedures and you look over the valley while waiting to be rolled into the procedure room. I was so nervous at first and it was such a great experience (as great as a colonoscopy can be) and I will definitely be back here for the next one. read more

I was nervous but the staff at Valley Endoscopy Center really made me feel comfortable. I went in for a procedure with Dr. Salem, who is top notch. Really awesome Dr.. As soon as we got there, Cindy at the front desk greeted us with a smile and positive energy. It wasn't too long until my name was called it. Desi was confident and quick with the IV needle. I wish I got the Anesthesiologist's name but she was really nice and walking me through to the room then I was out lol. Vickie helped me immediately after the procedure. Very sincere. And I believe Hannah and Angie were assisting as well. All really pleasant. I keep saying it but the staff really did give that personal touch on top of their professionalism. It seems they are pretty efficient getting people in and out. But because everyone was so nice, it doesn't feel like you're being rushed. Thank you! read more

I had a colonoscopy yesterday at Valley Endoscopy Center with Dr Sach- who has a unique and refreshing bedside manner and disarming personality put me at ease from consultation to the surgery. Special shout out to nurse Delcia. Thanks for our bedside chat that made me laugh. Nothing makes me nervous, but this made me so nervous, I almost chickened out. I'm glad I didn't... from the moment I walked in, the beautiful receptionist and everyone I encountered made me feel so comfortable, it felt like it was over in 10 minutes due to the seamless ​efficiency and professionalism of the attentive staff. Overflowing with patients. Sketch vibe in the waiting room. Ran 2 hours behind. Only reason I stayed is because my insurance was about to run out and I need to get the procedures done. Jeff in anesthesiology was rushed, dismissive, BEYOND rude, and has no business interfacing with patients. They were overbooked, but does not excuse the way he interacted and spoke to me. I didn't do enough research before booking the facility and my only hope is that my negative review can help someone in the future. Totally regret doing a procedure here. read more

Bravo Bravo! My son, Brian Benson needed to have a colonoscopy today 3-5-2025 at The Valley Endoscopy Center under the guidance and skill of Dr. Suhail Salem. I can not begin to tell you how great everyone was from the reception desk - to the nurses - the assistants - the staff-team and the gracious anesthesiologist who not only treated Brian with sweet kindness and dignity - I as the Mom felt heard - seen and respected. My husband and I had our colonoscopies with Dr. Glaser. Dr. Glaser and his anesthesiologist were very comforting which made us feel less anxious. Jessica and Vicki were very sweet, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. The facility was very well run, very clean and professioinal. I would highly recommend the doctor and the facility. Thank you for all the amazing team in Valley Endoscopy Center, who made my procedure today easy, quick, painless, and definitely helped me calm and relaxed. Like many people, I was scared from colonoscopy, and tried to avoid it for many years. I am 62, and my last (and only) colonoscopy was almost 20 years ago! So I decided it is about time to do it. My friend recommended Dr. Joel Sach. I went to a consultation with him, and really liked him immediately. He was very kind, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with kindness and a lot of patient. I booked the colonoscopy for today, at Valley Endoscopy Center. Same building, different room. Everyone here was so kind, attentive, polite and caring. A BIG special thank you to Delsia (I hope I wrote it right), the IV lady, who was SO kind and gentle, that I didn't even feel it! and Carry, the anesthesia lady, who put me on ease and was very kind too. INCREDIBLE! GREAT! 5 STARS+! This is the place to go when you need to get a colonosocopy! For years I avoided getting one! Now, at the urging of my family, I finally did it! The staff is INCREDIBLE! They even called me to see how I was doing, if they could be of further assistance! If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the place was freezing cold! LOL! read more

The office was overcrowded. It had a ghetto atmosphere. The staff was Rude. Overbooked.

After many hours with my insurance company BlueShield discovered Valley Endoscopy Center did not code this procedure with a preventive medicine code which should be between 99381- 99397 depending on the patient's age. The second time around I had a much better experience as there was no road construction, plenty of parking, and I received an apology from the front desk person who promised to put a note to code with preventive medicine procedure. Although this is not a procedure to look forward to, it is important, there are more people needing the procedure and fewer places performing the procedure. Therefore I must give them credit for fixing the problem. I hope they continue to improve as our community needs to quality and affordable medical institutions. read more

Five doctors with only six chairs in the waiting room. A sign on the door reads, "waiting room is for patients only, if you are a patients ride please wait in the car". This rule is not enforced leaving patients to sit on the floor in the hallway. As a stage 4 cancer patient this was rather difficult. The overall care and attention to detail seems to be lacking. After the procedure they clearly wanted me out asap rushing me off the bed. read more

Let me first state that I'm immunocompromised and receive immuno-suppressing medication injections every 3 weeks, and take high dose Prednisone. My GI doctor is aware of this. This center shouldn't even be open to the public. California Law states the all medical facilities require staff and patients to comply with the masking mandate. I check in and the receptionist isn't wearing a mask. Their front door has a big sign stating "MASKS ARE MANDATORY." Another patient comes in w/o a mask and I tell her to get one from reception. Then I hear "oh, you don't have to wear one if you don't want to." I go up and tell her it's required by law, look at your door sign, and I am not comfortable removing mine for my procedure. I get taken back & NO ONE is wearing a mask. I start to panic. I tell the Nurse Anesthetist that I'm immunocompromised and the other nurse starting my IV says "you can't force people to do something they don't want to do. You're wearing your mask and protecting yourself. You do you, boo." Um...what?!?!? You're a NURSE. Your job is to protect your patients! THEN I get wheeled into the shitty procedure room that I'm pretty damn sure isn't up to code, and the Nurse Anesthetist says "I know we're all non-compliant, but we're just so sick of wearing masks." OH MY GOD, WTF DID I JUST HEAR?!?!? I explained I can't receive vaccines of any sort because I've had anaphylactic reactions in the past and I'm super susceptible. No one cared. He pushed the propofol and I was out. I just wanted to get it over with and leave. I woke up and they literally booted me out. The recovery tech was pissed because I asked her to please wheel me to the car. I was too dizzy from the anesthesia. She rolled her eyes I apparently ruined her life by asking her to DO HER JOB. Post-procedure patients are a fall risk. Any healthcare worker knows this. I worked in Healthcare for 15 years and half of that time being bedside. I would've NEVER treated a patient this way. EVER. Period. They need to be visited by OSHA and any other governing organization. I refuse to let anyone else be treated the way I was and be put at risk for exposure to various illnesses. read more

Very disorganized. They texted me the AM to confirm my 11:3O AM procedure time but then called me at 9:45 AM to to say i was late to check in @9:30 for 10:30 procedure! They also did not believe me that my insurance was in network till i got there and had them talk to my insurance while i was there. If i didn't do that, they were claiming i had to pay the facility fee! And, after all the hives calks they made to me that day and the day before, no one told me to bring cash or check book for the $300 I actually did owe them! What a mess. Medically speaking everything went well but no one was going out of their way to be friendly! I would never choose to go back there. Not well managed and bathroom was also dirty. read more

I had a colonoscopy here back in June. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and patient. They did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and safe. And they laughed at my lame jokes. The facility is clean and modern. If you want to go to a facility that will treat you with dignity and respect during such an undignified procedure this is the place I recommend. read more

Dr Trivedi's crew at the center is great. Professional yet warm and friendly staffers with calming bedside manners which was a pleasant surprise considering the doctor and his team do as many as 10 Endoscopy/ Colonoscopy procedures during one day. They make you feel taken care of rather than just another patient churning through the system. The nurses, assistants and front office personnel answers any and all questions you may have and are extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Each staffer explains who they are what they're doing (IV, med history, anesthesia, prep, etc.) and what to expect. Yesterday I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and they were so WONDERFUL! Everyone was so kind and helpful and when you are nervous about going through these procedures it was so comforting to have there procedures done with very caring and cheerful staff. Dr Getzug is hands down the absolute best GI doc in the business. He is caring, compassionate and brilliant! He has been so patient and kind and done all that he can to help me avoid surgery. I have yet to meet a doctor that spends this kind of time and persistence to care for his patients. He has been around for over 30 years and based solely on the patients talking in the waiting room, you can tell I'm not the only one that feels this way about him. His office manager and nurse Judy is also absolutely wonderful to work with. Has all of the answers to all of my many concerns and questions And is super easy to talk to and obviously loves her job unlike most.. Could not ask for a better GI office! read more
