I saw him again this morning and couldn't remember if I'd left a review about him before so I'm rectifying that now. There are so many reasons why I would recommend him so highly, but here are just a few: He's extremely caring and he pays attention to your questions and concerns. There are very few doctors who do that today but he has been like this from day one. He's kept my gastrointestinal condition under control for many, many years and when I have a flare-up, he always makes a great suggestion that gets rid of it quickly. He spends time with his patients and does not like to be interrupted when he's talking to them, which is extremely rare these days. He makes suggestions about supplements to take to help your condition and your health in general. This is the only doctor of mine who does that. He makes colonoscopies completely painless. He is an insanely gifted diagnostician. He has always figured out solutions to every GI problem I've ever had, but it goes much deeper than that. Years ago I had been though several months of specialists who could not figure out what my condition was. Even though his it's not his area of expertise, he asked the right questions and within 5 minutes he'd figured out that it was a severe case of costochondritis. Again, not even his area of specialization, but he figured it out and referred me to another specialist. That specialist was very kind but could not figure out how to cure it, but I found another professional who eventually cured it. The last time I came in I had a completely unrelated foot problem and Dr. Buch gave me two suggestions that fixed that problem as well. His staff is very attentive and kind as well. If you ask them a question, they will ask Dr. Buch and he will give a specific answer on what to do for your current medical issue. His years of experience are demonstrable and if he does not know the answer to a question, which is pretty rare, he will find out and have his staff get back to you quickly. He is smart, reliable, caring and so knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone and the friends of mine who I have recommended to him in the past have always thanked me for it. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of problems by making him your gastroenterologist. My favorite medical professional, because he has earned it.

I am not prone to rating doctors unless they are truly amazing and trustworthy, and I can say he is one of them. I was in a really dark time both mentally and physically, and he was able to bring clarity without dismissing how I felt and that made me realize he actually cared about me as a patient. Growing up, I was the girl with constant stomach issues. The doctors I saw back then always told me I had gastritis; so I received many meds for it, on and off over the years. However, I experienced new and increasing symptoms months before coming here. I was told by my insurance I had to wait close to a year for those procedures because that's the reality for many with medical insurance. I felt horrible every day and the pains were more frequent, so I decided to search for another Gastroenterologist and that's how I came across United Gastroenterologists and of course, Dr. E., and I highly recommend seeing him for the following reasons: He listened to my symptoms and concerns without dismissing any particular worry or interrupting me with the usual "You're too young for that" or "Just take this medication for your symptoms". He always kept a professional and respectful bedside manner, plus he made me feel comfortable and at ease while discussing my issues and never rushed me out the door. He scheduled me for my procedures less than a month after I first saw him, and I had no complications during or after any of the two procedures. Since neither of the two procedures showed further issues (I didn't even have Gastritis!), he suggested I take a Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth test (which no other doctor had ever mentioned before) because many of my symptoms overlapped with SIBO. Well, I eventually got the SIBO test through my referral with the other GI specialist and I tested positive! Despite that, I'm glad I came across Dr. Eshaghian and he was able to perform those procedures ahead of time because no one should have to wait A YEAR for such crucial and potentially life-saving procedures! I also believe every person with chronic gastrointestinal issues should definitely see a gastroenterologist (Dr. E) because there's nothing better than getting a proper diagnosis with the right specialist.

We waited in the lobby for 15 minutes and the receptionist received 5 calls. Each were on speaker phone and we could hear the patients first and last name and what they were going through. I highly doubt that they would want to know that they were on speaker phone during a medical call. This was an immediate red flag. The doctor is nice. Seems pretty knowledgeable and knows what he's talking about. Just a nice guy. Would recommend him!! Been here twice now and the woman that checks people out and goes over all of the instructions for the colonoscopy is kind as well. Stars are based on receptionist violating hipaa

Dr. Sach has an excellent bedside manner and immediately put my parents at ease. My dad underwent a very stressful colonoscopy after his primary care physician found a positive result on his bloodwork. By coincidence, I happened to be on the phone and heard the entire conversation with my parents. As a healthcare provider myself, I was truly impressed by Dr. Sach's professionalism, compassion, and bedside manner. Dr. Collins speaks in short, clipped sentences, seeming both rushed and dismissive at the same time. She becomes exasperated if you don't automatically comprehend her quickly uttered sentences. For example, she asked in rapid speech: "Does he sit?" I answered, unsure of her meaning (and wildly uncomfortable after a few minutes of her demeanor) "I suppose he sits before and after school." I thought it was a physical fitness question. Then she said, almost angrily: "No. Does he sit on the TOILET?" I laughed to break the tension, but the entire thing was really uncomfortable. The worst part is that my son grew more and more tense until his eyes were huge, and when she left the room for a minute he said to me, whispering: "She's mean, I wanna go home." In the end, we learned absolutely nothing from the visit. Also, the office staff behaves just as Dr. Collins does, acting as if you are really bothering them. They deal with you in a manner that is incredibly rushed, and they are very bothered by answering any questions. Strangely, we were their first patient of the morning, and there was no one else in the waiting room as we left. I urge you to find someone else with a bedside manner (especially because she deals with CHILDREN, and even as an adult the experience was awful), this visit was overwhelmingly bad in every way..
