Sushi Moro Combo

Very delicious! Stumbled upon Sachi Sushi while shopping for groceries. Absolutely delightful and tasty! Fantastic value on the Sushi Miri Combo.

Combo roll with miso soup

A true hidden gem. The fish is always fresh. The rice is always perfect. It's made fresh from the chef who clearly loves what he's does. The sushi bar is inside the Niwot Market. DO NOT LET THIS DETER YOU! Order your food and pay. Then wander around to find yourself something to drink from the market. Pay for that at the registers up front. By that time, you'll find your seat in the dining area and they'll bring your fish to you. And don't forget that Sunday is ramen day!

Haven't tried their sushi but had miso ramen and it was tasty . They are in a corner inside Niwot Market. I will need to come back and try sushi . The place was clean and service was very good . Can't complain.

DELICIOUS!!!! Found a treasure in Niwot!! I almost decided not writing this review so I can keep this place my treasure and not many people will know about it lol j/k. First off, this place is perfect if u have time to wait, not in a super rush and expect food will come out so quickly. They have only two people doing everything...taking orders on phone for takeouts and dine in. We were there and were patient about the wait no problems...it was so worth it. The food we ordered were soooo good and delicious. The people were so friendly and really welcoming. I m coming back for sure. Originally I didn't think this place will be a destination where we have to make plans to go there but I changed my mind. I will make a trip just for this place. Couldn't believe it s a hidden spot in a small town. We sat at the bar and really enjoyed watching them making sushi and we had great conversations. We loved the Battera Saba...so simple but delicious. Glad we got to try the Osaka style of food. Everything else was yummy too. See u next time!

Moving from NY after living there for 30 years, I crave for good real Japanese food that I grew up with in Tokyo in Boulder. So many fusion or what-so-ever japanese food with blinding color combinations and idiotic sauce on sushi. Fusion is a euphemism for "we have no education or experience to cook any food." Some try hard to be authentic. But when you ask for condiments that have to be accompanied for a certain dish, they have no idea what I am talking about. IMy colleague told me about it and asked how a Japanese would think about this place. I am so happy to find Sachi Sushi. They have a maki on the menu! It is a staple in sushi and most Japanese children start sushi experience with it. You do not see it most places. You can ask for it, and if sushi chef has a bit of education in sushi instead of some odd education how to teach sushi to swim in two different sauces, s/he can make it for you. If they say "what is it," I run away. Also we love broiled fish especially sanma (pike). It is hard to cook inside house as it has so much good healthy oil that it produces so much smoke. I know it's time to invest in an electric smokeless roaster. So we really appreciate Sachi Sushi to serve broiled fish in the very authentic way. So far I only found 3 Japanese restaurants in the Boulder area to serve bristled fish. So thank you, Sachi Sushi! Since I left Japan, I have. It had hako sushi. There was one place in New York that served one until it was bought and went down into the drain. So it was great to have it. Great sushi and Japanese curry at a very affordable price. I have not tried udon or ramen yet. I just wish it stays up a little later in the summer!!

Sachi Sushi is truly a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere! Conveniently located inside Niwot's farmer market, serving great Japanese food, not only sushi, they have few lunch special options, homemade ramen on Sundays only, baked salmon, some other kinds of fish, beef, chicken, you name it! The décor is very simple yet super clean! Imagine a farmers market selling local produce, freezers loaded with organic goods, teas, and a sushi bar on the right side, next to the deli; few sushi bar seats, and few tables next to the sushi bar, and close enough the another grocery section. Sushi man takes pride in everything served; he is the sushi man, cashier, waiter, all in one person; he does had a helper though, but he is the man that runs the show. I had the house chirashi, it was super good! I would compare it to Sushi Den here in Denver; rice was super good with subtle flavors, pieces of sweet gourd and few sesame seeds, good flavor. Fish was super fresh! Overall amazing chirashi serving. My friend had the Jo Chirashi, which was similar to mine but with roe and amaebi. Since its a one man show, it does takes a while for your food to get served, so don't expect to be in and out in a jiffy! If Niwot was just closer to me...

This beautiful restaurant is the reason I am obsessed with ramen. There are no words to describe the amazing taste of the food served here. Can't recommend this restaurant enough, go see for yourself!

Ramen Sunday! Waiting for our food.

We heard good things about their ramen. So, we drove there today and ordered Shoyu Ramen and Spicy Miso Ramen. I really didn't mind that we were served our food 15 minutes after we ordered. Or that we were not offered any water. Sadly, when we finally tasted our ramen, we were very disappointed. The hard boiled eggs had greenish yolks and whites that were a sickly gray. The pork slices were dry and tasted old. The broth tasted old too. We usually take our leftovers to go, as we don't like wasting food. But we left our bowls half-eaten. My husband's tummy also felt off when we got home. We will not be returning to this place.

It's really ugly :)

Everything is amazing at this place!…read more Food, service, ambiance are all great! Family and handicapible friendly, plenty of parking.

Today 02/05/2026, we went to this restaurant and I was really excited to try it. When we walked in,…read morethere were several waitresses standing at the entrance, but none of them greeted us. The waitress who took us to our table did so with a very bad attitude. She placed the menus on a table located in the middle of the restaurant. Since I was with my one-year-old baby, I thought it would be better to sit at a table at the end of the restaurant so we wouldn't inconvenience people walking by or trying to leave. I politely and respectfully asked if we could move to the empty table at the end. She did not respond to me. Instead, she threw the menus on the table, turned around, and walked away while complaining to other waitresses and giving uncomfortable looks. Of course, I stood up with my family and went to speak to another waitress. I apologized and told her we were going to leave because the situation felt very uncomfortable. I explained why I had asked for the other table, and she responded, "Do you want the table or not?" As someone who works in customer service, I believe employees should be very careful about how they speak and behave in front of customers. My experience at this place today was horrible.

If you're anywhere near Fort Collins and haven't tried Kujira Ramen, you're missing out…read more I went all in: gyoza, pork belly steamed buns, and Tonkotsu Ramen -- and every single bite was absolutely unreal. The gyoza came out perfectly pan-seared -- crispy on the bottom, tender on top, and packed with flavor. That dipping sauce had just the right balance of salty, tangy, and savory. You could easily crush two orders without trying. The pork belly steamed buns were next-level. Soft, pillowy buns wrapped around rich, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly. The balance of fat, sweetness, and sauce was perfect. Messy in the best possible way. And then the star -- the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was deep, creamy, and packed with flavor -- that slow-simmered richness that tells you it was done right. The noodles had the perfect bite, and the pork was tender and seasoned beautifully. Every spoonful made you slow down just to appreciate it. Hands down one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Clean atmosphere, great service, incredible food. 10/10 -- already planning the next trip back.

When walking in you are greeted with a gorgeous atmosphere that gives off a sushi bar type vibe…read more The service is super quick, especially because it is Ramen. But they were also fairly quick with the appetizers that we tried. The barbecue tofu was surprisingly delicious with a great texture and yummy sauce. The Gyoza was also a fan favorite with a light crispy bottom and a good filling. We tried two different ramens with two different proteins. The beef was a bit, tough and dry, but the chashu was nice and soft like melting in your mouth. The broth was also good and the noodles were nice and thin. Overall, I felt like this was a nice bite to eat and definitely filling. The only thing I felt that was lacking was the service on refilling water. I would definitely come back if I was around the area. They definitely got busy pretty quick.
