Such a nice poke spot nearby us. They offer several different signature bowls so if you hate making decisions like me, it's nice to have. From what I saw, they offer a variety of colorful veggies and protein choices as well as many appetizers to share. I ordered one of the poke bowls and it was very delicious and filling. At first, the small bowl seemed really small but as they filled it up, it actually holds a lot and they don't cheapen you out in any protein or toppings. Food tasted pretty fresh and clean. The chicken was pretty good. It had a nice crunch. It can be kinda plain but that's why the dipping sauce is provided. The woman that has served us nearly a dozen times is always wonderful, other staff are great too. Our daughter, who gets Veggi Ramen anywhere we go says it's the best she has had. I love Tonkotsu, and I love this Tonkotsu! You come in and order and they bring the food to you at the table. It's packaged nicely, broth is separate from the noodles and toppings. I'm not sure if that's a COVID thing, but I loved it. It comes in a sealed Tupperware style container, which makes leaving with the food super easy if you can't finish. The quality of the food is excellent. Noodles are great, broth is great, the meat... The Chashu pork melted away, perfect meat to fat ratio... Delicious. The broth was so good. Close to the best I've ever had! The best part was how quickly it came. We ordered, sat down, and within 5 or so minutes the food was on the table. I thought to myself, "why was it so quick". Amazing ramen! I got the tonkotsu as I always do at new ramen places to test it out and it's delicious! The only gripe I have is that it only had half a hard-boiled egg instead of a whole one, but I understand that it differs between locations. I got the spicy miso which would have been almost perfect if it wasn't soooo salty. It was almost inedible. There is definitely a kick of spice which I liked and the chashu was really tender but the salt pretty much ruined the broth and dish altogether. we got the chicken karaage and squid karaage. The squid was not bad but the chicken was really nothing special. A couple pieces of chicken Were entirely just fat and batter. I got to try the gyudon as well and that was probably the best thing from everything we got there. I'd be willing to come back and give the ramen another try and also try their poke bowls.
