Further, both when I dropped off the lamp and when I picked it up, the lady who worked with me was very kind, personable, prompt and professional. Great service is so rare these days, but these folks knock it out of the park with an excellent and consistent customer experience. The technician worked about an hour and a half and thought we had a problem taken care of. The technician left. About two hours later it started acting up again. I called her after hours phone number . They came back out last night worked again for about another hour and a half was able to find the problem and fix it. Our chimney crown had been originally installed without expansion joint between crown and flue. When it cracked I had less knowledgeable chimney sweep co. put a sealer on crown, which failed. Craig removed and replaced crown with high psi compound, expansion joint, correct drip edges and flashing. Couldn't be happier.

Armando showed his great climbing skills as he walked up their 40 foot ladder like it was nothing, cleaned and inspected everything from the top.
