Tan at the recommendation of our wedding coordinator, With Grace and Love, and I'm so grateful for the connection! Rev.Tan service's were pretty straightforward and given our wedding plans changing significantly due to COVID we still needed someone to officiate for our party of 11. The idea of crafting a wedding ceremony seems a bit daunting but they share a great program that helps the couple craft the perfect ceremony unique to them. I found the program to be easy to use and so helpful in mapping out the narrative. I felt super confident going into our ceremony having reviewed the script beforehand. There were no surprises. Rev. Tan was readily available in the lead up to the day with some tips on the order of the readings and even gave us some pointers on crafting our personal vows. I especially appreciate him respecting our request to wear a face mask during our event. It's little details that really resonated with me given the times. He took care of our marriage license, sent us an image of the signed doc, and mailed it off to the county. Overall, I was so pleased with the ease of his service. I do hope to take him up on his offer for coffee one day when the world settles down a bit. Forever grateful he officiated our micro wedding!

She made sure to keep us on track with gentle encouragement which we needed to make sure we didn't slack off and forget anything. Rick's was our officiant but he was also involved in the planning aspect. He is skilled at putting things into perspective and helped us sift through different options and scenarios. He did the seating chart and signs for our wedding. All came out beautiful. He was also my officiant and took the time to personalize the service by using quotes from my favorite author. Rick is a gifted and charismatic orator, even my guests said so! His calming presence helped me through the ceremony cuz I was so nervous and emotional. On the days leading up to the wedding day, COVID19 was starting to close down on events and cities. I was grateful that TWE handled all of the issues for me - they checked in with our vendors to make sure that all would take precautions. We first contacted Kevin Coughran over the phone and we were able to negotiate a price for both photography and video. My husband and I met with Kevin a few weeks later at a Starbucks to go over the plan for the wedding ceremony and reception. Kevin gave us great ideas for the wedding and showed us his photo gallery on his computer, which helped my husband and I see the quality of his work. Kevin provided us with two photographers (one being himself and the other, his sister) and a videographer. They arrived early and immediately got to work. They went back and forth between my husband and I as we were getting ready for the ceremony. Aside from my sister-in-law, Kevin's sister also helped me get ready! During the ceremony, they put a mic on my husband to help capture our wedding vows for the video. They also took photographs from multiple angles in the church during the ceremony. After the ceremony, they took family pictures and pictures of my husband and I alone. We then took pictures at our reception site before we went into the reception hall. They captured all the important moments of our special day. The morning after the wedding, they posted some photos in their Facebook page. About a month and a half later, they mailed us a thumb drive, which included our photos, a highlight video and a documentary video. We had to contact Kevin because my husband and I noticed that the documentary video had parts of our wedding out of order and it was missing a few key moments of our reception. Kevin re-edited the video (at no cost) and fixed these issues. We contacted him again because some of our photos looked dark, but he also fixed these issues.
