We went here for a plant market oh my gosh, I bought so many plants because I'm a mom and it was great. There's so many varieties and I had a really great time. Really could even space so if you need some event space I would hit them up and and use them really good in space or clean and all the things

This is a small venue but there are perks. They offer free parking in their spacious lot. They are located across the street from Sac State University. I've gone her a few times for conventions (Sinister Creature Con). They had some vendors outside along with room for a few food trucks. I was able to shop around before entering the convention hall. Given the smaller venue, there aren't as many vendors at these conventions. It's much smaller than sac anime but worth a visit.

What I love about Scottish Rites is that it has stayed the same after all these years. They consistently offer a venue for small Sacramento events to be held, has served the community with a clean, safe space with parking and a great location. The building itself feels comfortable, it has multiple rooms, a stage, a small kitchen, 1 set of bathrooms, and a small outside space. I love coming to events here and look forward to the future of Scottish Rites events.

This review is a little overdue, but we hosted our engagement party here for over 250 guests and had such a great experience! We reserved the Bruno Room and the Harrison Shepherds Hall, and the staff were wonderful! very accommodating to our request for separate men's and women's areas, which meant a lot to us. The venue was beautiful, and although I didn't get a photo of the full setup once everything was finished, it turned out absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend this location for any special event!

The Scottish Rite Center hosts a speech and language therapy clinic in their building. The clinic is FREE, FREE, FREE! The therapists that provide services there treat your children like high paying customers! They really really care and do everything they can to help the kids out. If you are looking to donate office supplies or money, PLEASE choose them. They deserve it and out ti to good use. My son was a very quiet baby and they helped him find his voice. Now...he tells me all the time how much he enjoys talking and sometimes he can't stop. Lol! Thank you SCOTTISH RITE LANGUAGE CENTER!

I visited for the Gem fair and enjoyed my time. Friendly staff and plenty of parking on the property. Clean restroom and nice floor plan for different things and events.

It's been a long time since I have been to the Scottish Rite Center, in fact I forgot that it was still around! Then I realized that this location has been the main venue for so many events that interested me in the past, but never had time to go or find someone to go with me. Recently, I attended a Healing Arts Festival and had a very nice time. But after reading other reviews of this place, I have been missing out on a lot of fun! Comic Cons, Sci/Fi and fantasy conventions, and other stuff that I have probably overlooked. The Masonic Center turned out to be very accommodating for large events. Plenty of space for crowds, separate conference/meeting rooms, receptions and even performances. The parking lot also seemed large enough for the masses of people to comfortably attend events with a convenient entrance and exit. Now I have this place on my radar to see what's coming in the future!

Great event space for hosting conferences, parties, conventions and more! I've been here as an attendee for conventions like Sac-Anime, Sac-Con and Sac-Horror, but the Center can also be used for graduation ceremonies and business conferences as well. Combine it with the outdoor lawn for outside events and the large parking lot, the Center is ideal canvas to host your event.

It is a nice enough venue for a large fundraiser dinner, like the one we attended. Good parking. I was worried about that, but it turned out to be quite sufficient.

Sadly, I didn't take pictures. Bella Vista Farms is tucked away in the farm fields of Dixon, CA. I would never have known this place was there, except by attending a wedding. There were approximately 100+ people, and they were still able to fit a dance floor and a bridal party table. They had an event tent setup outside to create a lobby area where they served the food, desserts, and open bar. It did get a little wet out there as it was pouring down rain. You have to walk outside to get to the restrooms, so we did get wet. Still a good venue with ample parking. The outside area has string lights, surrounded by tall privacy plants and all white iceberg roses. Very pretty area.

And told me if I had any more complaints or issues to call her personally and please reach out to her after the event. So like that isn't sketchy. Owner Leticia should probably talk to owner Angelina and get their facts straight and their story straight. Please note that I did not have a event venue contract with them, but they were more than happy to take my $450 cash for the beverage service that was never provided. They weren't making me sign a separate contract for that.

We held a corporate event at this space due to our typical hotel ballroom being unavailable. This venue was an overall fail for us. 1. Setting - It was a bit dated and run down. The fixtures are gaudy, but in cheesy way. Quilted vinyl on the walls, gold-plated silverware, and a rusted carriage outside. 2. Service - The staff was fairly intrusive and unprofessional. The busgirl started wheeling around a creaky cart with plastic gray bus tubs in the middle of our dinner. After we asked the event manager to have her quit that, she came back out without the cart but with the same dingy gray plastic tubs. She also tried to take our speakers' plates while they were at the podium. The staff needs some training on proper service standards. 3. Food - The food was mixed. Multiple attendees commented that the food was sub-par. The cheese and app course looked great. The mains were less successful. Mushy short ribs and salmon that looked like they threw it in the chafing dish just didn't meet expectations. The vegetables left a lot to be desired - they were ok, but underwhelming. I would also note that there was no ice out for the water or iced tea. 4. Cleanliness - big L on this front. One of the stalls in the men's room had an unprofessional hand-written out of order sign on it. Guys - just hire a plumber. We also experienced a leak from the celling that left a gross brown liquid on one of our place settings. This is unacceptable for a corporate event, even more so for a wedding. So overall, the staff was pleasant to work with and nice enough. That said, I just can't imagine taking the risk of scheduling a large important event at this venue.

It was rainy and cold. My date had a North Face down jacket the whole time. I was in shorts and a tee shirt as it wasn't cold outside but turned instantly. We sat at a table that was wobbling and had to shove 10 napkins under the leg to stabilize it's rocking. We were only two tables out of 15 tables available. We were seated and after about 10 minutes we were introduced to the waiter. We asked for water and a wine list. He came back with our waters and asked what we would care to order. We placed our order and requested a bottle of wine. I also requested that the overhead gas heater be turned on, he said he would check. We were watching the other table get their wine and beer and wondered where our bottle of wine was. Our order came out after about 20 minutes and we enjoyed the food. We ordered a pizza and a chicken Parm sandwich. When the order arrived , we were not given any plates so we had to use napkins to set our slices on. We were 3/4 through the meal and the water and the waiter came by to check on the meal with us, asked if we needed anything else and realized he forgot the wine. Since we were almost done we canceled the wine order. The heater was never turned on and we were cold. This was a very poor dining experience needless to say. In this day and age of expensive prices and servers expecting a minimum of 25% we left very deflated. Now, to the credit of the server he did send two glasses of wine over as an apology for the mishap. But, I must say we left with half the meal in a box because the heaters were not turned on. I can't say I'll be returning anytime soon. The attention to detail was not present from the staff.
