I requested that they pre drilled everywhere they were going to add mounting brackets and they accommodated my requests. My old downspout went behind the front wall of the house and drained under a flowerbed. After another company gave me a pretty outrageous price, I called City Gutters, who evaluated my situation over the phone. After texting several photos, they said they could replace it for their minimum price per job and scheduled me for two days later. I won't be able to see it in action until the next heavy rain obviously, but it looks well-made. I'm glad I got a second opinion after the other company tried to convince me my style of gutters was so hard to work with, hence the high price.
