Oh wow, how things change... this used to be our place that we could take our Motorhome and trust that they had the best intentions for us and it! We brought our Motorhome to Kevin and Haley in January 2026 and they had it until March 2026. We had a new roof installed for $13,000+ dollars. While it was being worked on, they would send out pictures letting us know the progress, little did we know what was going on behind the scenes. Upon arrival to pick up the Motorhome, when it was finished, we noticed one of the slides wasn't all the way closed, it was stuck, long story short somebody left a screwdriver in there blocking the slide from closing, I was so glad I caught it, before we left the facility. The worst part is when we got home, we noticed all the greasy black footprints all over our carpet and the amount of dust and dirt inside the Motorhome was absolutely incredible. We cleaned it! Then the vent in the bathroom for the shower was put on cockeyed and wouldn't work. The electric awning was not working with remote or manual. (BTW all of these things were in proper working condition when we brought the Coach to them) Took it back in. They kept it again for three days, and, kept telling us everything was fine. When we arrived there to take it back home, (it's parked out in back, nobody is there to verify the repairs) So of course, we checked the operation and found out the awning still wasn't working manually or remotely! That scenario happened twice in two days of us driving out there every afternoon after work to pick up the motorhome and it not being ready. The next day, Kevin finally admitted that the motor for the awning was not working correctly and said he found one in a pile in his warehouse and installed it, he knew the awning was working correctly when we brought it to him. So unprofessional these people were about this whole situation. I won't get into the condition of the shower that is coated in sawdust or the skylight above the shower that was not put on correctly and sealed! I don't know if they have just turned a new leaf and that's how they conduct business now I just don't know. Thought that was the end of it but now our whole air-conditioning vent system is completely clogged with sawdust from the build of the roof. Here it is June seventh and we're still dealing with their severe incompetence! Honestly, I could go on and on and on and have left a lot of stuff out about this particular event, I hope they don't do this to anybody else. I would really hate to think that somebody else is going through what we are going through, trying to get our Motorhome back in the same shape. It was in before we brought it to Sacramento Valley RV. This whole ordeal has really caused us a lot of hardship getting our Motorhome back to the way it was before we brought it to them. This has been a very costly situation for us and should never have happened. Just total disregard for our property and pocketbook. Needless to say, I would never recommend Sacramento Valley Rv EVER to anyone! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! read more

I found a spill on truck under battery compartment of the camper, right after I brought the unit home from Sacramento Valley RV. They had topped the battery fluid as part of service. It looked like coffee spillage to me and I never doubt that they would not clean a battery fluid spillage or even make such a big mess with battery fluid. Before leaving for our trip a week later, decided to clean it. Then the truth showed that it was battery fluid and peeling off the paint. I took it back to them after our trip (2 weeks after service). They looked at it and diagnosed the converter is boiling the batteries allowing fluid to come off the top of them. I asked why the tray underneath batteries is clean and there is no dripping track!!! They had no answer. So, I am dealing with a misdiagnosis on top of damaged truck. I regret leaving our truck there. They asked us to leave the truck under camper for their convenience. We didn't have our truck for 20 days for regular service and changing refrigerator internal fuse and sink faucets. I asked them to wash the unit before pick up and they declined. The lesson is to take before and after pictures even if you're dropping your unit at a big good looking place. Sac Valley was recommended to us in an emergency situation. Came to take our motor home on a trip only to discover the Norcold refrigerator would not come on. Now know we had the recall work done 4 years earlier but apparently that safety module was causing problems, again! This was not fixable using a magnet as those of you who have had the recall done know about. I called at 7:30 AM and left a message as SV RV doesn't open until 8AM. I was not expect a quick call back shortly after they opened so figured I would give them a chance to start their coffee, say good morning etc before calling again. Maybe about 10 after the hour. But at 8:03, a woman called. I was immediately impressed... We talked about my problem to which she said is common and they stock the necessary parts. Now this is what blew me away. She said she could have the tech be to me between 9 and 10 AM even though his schedule was pretty booked. She said they know what it's like to be trying to start a trip and have problems before ever leaving and they do everything they can to get immediate attention to people. The tech, Kevin was here about 10:10 AM. Impressive. In less than 30 minutes he had the refrigerator running. I had happened to mention a water leak from what I thought was fresh water storage. Kevin looked at it, found the source, crawled under our class A and fixed the leak. And this wasn't even what I had called Sacramento Valley RV for. Impressed? We certainly are!!! So...a couple weeks ago...my tent trailer sprung a leak. I immediately took to yelp to find out where I should take it to get it repaired. Sacramento Valley RV seemed to get fantastic reviews, so I gave them a call. This is what I found - They were extremely courteous and helpful on the phone - When I brought my tent trailer in, they were very patient in answering all my questions - They provided me a very reasonable quote - They completed the job on time and did a very thorough job. We got really lucky when we picked these guys to repair a leak at the top of our windshield, and also around one of the lights at the top front. Every time we called we got a very friendly and helpful response. We got a very competitive bid for the repair which we accepted, then in our case the actual cost was less. We are all nervous about finding a good repairman, right? But this happened to be the best choice I could have made. The work was fast but very well done. We have a diesel pusher Dutch Star 40ft coach so I'm pretty fussy about who works on it. They work these guys did was so fine it could have been done at the factory. This is a great company. After a comedy of errors camping trip we had a few repairs and some maintenance needs. I would HIGHLY Recommend! We had severe water damage in our cab over camper and it needed to be stripped and re-skinned in the front. I called around to different RV places but I chose this one because of their 5 star rating. I made a great decision. We had them reskin without the top window and asked if they could put in an LED light bar instead of the factory lights. They did it all and it looks awesome! It's like I have a new camper again. Sac Valley quoted a very fair price and they got it all done in just a few weeks, plenty of time for us to use it on our annual Labor Day camping trip! We found Sacramento Valley RV in the fall of 2018 when we purchased our first travel trailer. We took our 2014 trailer to Kevin and Hailey for an inspection so we could feel confident on our maiden voyage. What we received was excellent service, fair pricing and invaluable information. They truly care about every detail and want you to get the most out of your RV experience, along with the knowledge of how everything works. Honestly, I have called multiple times with questions and they are always happy to help. We recently received our new toy hauler. The dealer installed our hitch incorrectly. Driving home, I noticed the fifth wheel was jerking and chucking on the hitch. After further review, I saw the flawed installation had allowed the hitch to rotate 30 degrees in the bed of the truck. I took my truck, fifth wheel and hitch back to the dealer the following day. They apologized and started to reinstall without the use of a torque wrench as specified in the instructions from the manufacturer. What does the manufacturer know anyway, right? I panicked and called my trusted people, Kevin and Hailey. Kevin immediately offered to come pick it up from the dealer with his truck when I told him what had transpired. In the end it was not necessary since Kevin was able to walk me through the correct installation process. The fact the he offered to come pick up our new trailer from the dealer out of concern for my family's safety is truly unique these days. I just inherited a 26 year old 27' class c motor home and soon found out that the propane fill valve was shot when I tried to get the tank filled. The propane folks recommended Kevin at Sacramento Valley RV. I had never heard of him but was glad I went to him. Kevin immediately knew what the problem was and what replacement part was needed. He ordered the part right then, it arrived the next day and installed it within 2 hours. Many RV service centers now limit how old a rig can be before they'll work on it. Disaster struck. Slide out broke, in the open position! You just KNOW you are going absolutely nowhere until it's fixed. Pending, paid - for registration fees looming, thinking we can't make it and we'll be out some bucks. Kevin made time to visit within 24 hrs. As a couple I like the owners. I was very disappointed a few weeks back. They had completed some refrigeration work on my RV for which I was charged for as would be normal and reasonable to expect. I then went on a trip and the unit did not perform for only a day. At the end of my trip I took it back and left it to be looked at again, still no issue. I was called the next day and was informed the whole cooling unit was bad. The cost to fix was around $2000. I said I did not want to pay that much and took the RV home. A friend that I was explaining this to, said he would come over and look at the unit that was supposedly shot and had to be completely replaced for $2000. We unscrewed the shield, took off the small part where the propane goes to fire up the unit, put that pice in some solvent for 15 min, air dried it, put it back in and guess what? The supposedly shot cooling unit, lit immediately, and has run every day since then for over 10 days now.. What did that cost.. about 30 min of my time, someone with no mechanical know how, some solvent, and voila, it works great. I think Kevin should have maybe looked a little more at this rather than saying the unit was unworkable, and that the repair was going to be $2000!!!!!!.. Very disappointed to say the least. read more

First couple of times they came out they were great but when one of the problems became difficult to track down they gave up and wouldn't return our many phone calls. We caught them in the RV park and we told them the simple solution Winnebago gave us but he wouldn't even check it out and would just refer us to camping world (no thanks).
