The trailer was competitively priced, but we had been pre-approved for a specific amount and wanted to be sure everything would fit within our budget. While working with Erica, the owner, Skylar, took the time to come over and introduce himself. While there wasn't a lot of room to negotiate, he wanted to make the deal work and did what he could. We really appreciated that effort. The paperwork was straightforward, and a week later we returned to pick up our trailer. My last several experiences with RV Travel World have been extremely disappointing…read more I've been bringing my trailer in for service under their Forever Warranty ever since I purchased it years ago. However, as the trailer has gotten older, it seems like they are constantly looking for reasons not to cover repairs, even when the warranty documentation appears to indicate the issue should be covered. The entire program has become frustrating and feels misleading. I've also had issues with pricing. On one occasion, I called ahead and was quoted a price for work. When I arrived at the store, the price was significantly higher. I had to argue with staff and remind them of the amount I was quoted over the phone before they would honor it. Communication has been another major problem. Multiple times I was told my trailer was ready for pickup, only to drive all the way there and discover it wasn't actually ready. That's a huge inconvenience and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. After dealing with these issues repeatedly, I can no longer recommend RV Travel World. The Forever Warranty program has not lived up to its promises in my experience, and the poor communication and inconsistent service have made doing business there far more difficult than it should be.

The owner spent a lot of time explaining the business to us and repeatedly emphasized how he was "a man of his word." He agreed to purchase our RV for a fair price, and we signed paperwork moving forward with the deal. Because we were told the purchase was happening, we paid off the negative equity on the RV based on his word and assurances. He was very convincing and made us believe everything was set. Then, the day before we were supposed to bring the RV in to finalize the sale, we texted RV Maxx just to confirm everything. The daughter responded saying her father was "no longer interested" in buying our RV anymore had already bought 2 trailers and simply said "good luck." What makes this worse is that if we had not reached out ourselves, it appears they had no intention of even informing us ahead of time. After all the promises and talk about integrity, the deal was dropped at the last minute after we had already taken financial steps based on their commitment. As a military veteran, honesty and keeping your word mean something to me. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. I would not recommend this RV dealer to fellow veterans or anyone expecting straightforward business practices.

Tyler truly listened to our family's needs and helped us find the perfect trailer without ever making us feel pressured. Unlike other sales reps, he wasn't pushy during negotiations. Instead of giving us a flat "no," he genuinely worked with us and offered assistance to help bring the price down. I looked at the vans available for the dates I wanted and the Zion was just what I was looking for. It was the smaller of the standard sizes of Mercedes vans. That was great because I was slightly apprehensive about driving a larger van. (After driving the Zion, I feel I would be OK with the larger 170 inch wheel base vans.) The rental price was very reasonable considering that the van was essentially my home for three days. The van was well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoyed my three days and showing the van to my friends.
