I went to get spontaneous tattoos with my friends 3/18. We all got tattoos from the flash they have. It's been around 3 days after this and all the tattoos are healing terribly. Some are even just done poorly. My tattoos(a smiley face and a frowny face) are bleeding out like they are a stick and poke I got when I was 15. I have never had a tattoo hurt or bleed as much, for reference I have 13 other tattoos and some with shading. I regret coming here and if I knew this was going to be the results I would've just saved my money. This place is cash only so come prepared if you don't want to pull money out at the ATM. My family has been coming to Vegas for my moms birthday for the last 6 years and we always stop and get little tattoos for fun. The staff today was not it (the ladies were cool) . We came on 5/9/26 around 10:00 and the fat guy working the front and the other guy with a mustache had horrible attitudes. Like who wants to get a tattoo from people that are like that . On Friday, December 19, 2025 my sister and I walked into Koolsville Sacred Heart. We had done our research months prior to our trip, and heard that this place was amazing. Our experience was even better than we could have imagined. From the front staff, to the artists, everyone gave us exceptional customer service. The artists Ronny and Raciel were incredible. We gave them inspiration photos, they gave us quotes(incredible prices) and went to work. The pieces were better than we even envisioned! We interacted with and watched other artists during our visit. They pumped out the flash tattoos like pros. They even pierced some people! The atmosphere is very professional. I was so nervous to get a tattoo. My last tattoo i got was over 15 years ago; and it scared me so bad that i said never again. My best friend wanted to get matching tattoos for her birthday so i said okay. Fine! Lol. We ended up picking the anchor which was $10. The $10 tattoo place is real and it's cool! They have others for $20, $30, $40 and custom tattoos that you pay for. We wanted something small so my bestie decided on the anchor and i went along with it. This place is the go to place for tattoos and piercings when we take our trips to Vegas. We are always greeted by the nice lady at the front desk. I had to write this review because we had an exceptional experience this time, my friend and I got pierced by Chef and he took care of us so well. He talked us through everything and was so personable. He was so nice and caring, I don't think we will be going to another tattoo shop but this one now. Went in with some work buddies a to get a quick tattoo with them. One opted for $10, one spent $40 on two and I picked the $60 State of Nevada since I grew up here in town. I also had a second piercing done in my nose. The guy seemed professional enough. I should have known better once he laid the stencil down that it was going to be missing the Lake Mead area of the state. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt and let him mark me. Thankfully the tattoo isn't really anywhere you can see easily. The lines are shaky and he did go back over a couple times to what I believe to clean up the lines. I'm an avid collector of art but make sure you ask questions. I also found it weird that they have you pay upfront before the work is done. The shop was also dead. Now on to the piercing. I did have him move the mark since I have an existing piercing in my nose. When I was happy with the location of the piercing I was ready to move forward, he grabbed the needle and held my nostril with his fingers. I'm not sure if be was nervous or really does a whole lot of piercings but managed to remember to grab his forceps to clamp my nose and pierce it. The hook he had put it is really long and sticks out if I don't have it twisted up in my nose. I know every piercer is different but they'll usually manipulate the jewelry to fit the client. The shop was clean, everything was opened from sterile packages and the receptionist was pleasant. The artist I had was an older heavy set man, unfortunately I forgot his name. The two other artist that worked on my friends did great and took their time. Now I have a tattoo that they so lovingly named Kabraska. This is possibly the best place to go if you're completely shit faced or don't care what goes on your body. But as it goes, cheap work isn't great work. read more

TINY parking lot that is challenging to get in and out of. We (two people) walked in and were greeted. We made our selections and paid (cash only, but there is an ATM). There were no other customers at this time. We sat for 5-10 minutes while the 2 artists said nothing and a 3rd artist ate their lunch. Finally one of us was brought back. First person got one of the $80 flash tattoos. Second was getting 2 tattoos (1 $10, and 1 $20 flash). At no time was it explained or posted that we as a group would be seen by the same artist. Poor communication by front desk. Poor communication and planning by artist (would expect to knock out the smaller/easier items before doing larger). The tattoo artist was great- simple tattoos and was very quick and gentle. The front desk staff did the bare minimum but were fine enough. The reason I'm writing this review is because of what we saw after we were done when we were sitting outside and waiting for our Lyft and there was an unhoused woman walking by. She came up to the building and was talking to herself but doing no damage whatsoever. She didn't even approach us. It was clear she has a mental disability and a possible physical disability. As she walked away and was down the street a little, one of the tattoo artists (not our guy- this guy was tall, white, thin, blonde) must have stopped mid-tattoo when he saw this woman outside. He came outside (with his latex gloves still on so... unsanitary??) and yelled at her, "Hey homie! I know you hear me, don't pretend you don't. You need to get the fuck out of here. Go kill yourself." And walked back into the store. She didn't respond, just kept walking down the sidewalk. It was incredibly disturbing to hear such a violent response to almost nothing... I have tried to think of what she could have done in the past that maybe have warranted that reaction but I can't come up with anything. read more

We arrived 30 mins after they open in one of their other branch and there was a long line outside already. Went to this location and the line was shorter. The process of getting being in line, signing paperwork, more waiting, and getting finished with 5 small tattoos took over an hour...being there 30 mins before they open didn't really help with the wait. My friend and I wanted to get more lobe piercings done so we came here because they're only $10! They do them with a needle here, not a gun, for anyone who cares about the method. When my partner told me that there was a place that does $10 tattoos and suggested we should go, my response was, "Aw HE NAW." I'm usually all for spontaneity, but I was adamantly against this one. Tattoo artists spend years honing their skills. They charge a lot because they should. A tattoo for $10? Sounds like it's gonna be some apprentice making jagged, skipping blobs. No way I'm getting that permanently on my skin. I'd rather save up for a skilled artist I admire and provide a blank canvas than spend more for a cover-up. Nope! He showed me the flash arts. I took a glance, intending to be like "Do you really think an apprentice can make a straight line like this? Do you know how difficult straight lines are?" But a baby lion caught my eye. You know, the one from the movie about a cub being raised by a meerkat and a warthog. My favorite animation. In the movie, a baboon had originally drawn it. So... if it looks janky, it's acceptable. We reached a compromise and went to Sacred Heart. The facility is a lot cleaner inside than I'd expected. There was a couple ahead of us, but the pair were having issues deciding what they wanted. Because we knew exactly what we wanted, we were matched with our artist first. I went first. First one in, first one done, first one to heal. I'd heard ankle tattoos hurt quite a bit, so I was pretty anxious. My artist, Christian, applied the stencil. He started embedding the ink. I mentally braced for impact, waiting for the pain to start. "You're done." What? It was less than a minute! It was probably closer to 40 seconds. I'm not ready for it to start, and you're telling me you're already done? But there Christian was, wrapping my ankle with cling wrap. No pain, just some vibrations like an annoying cell phone. My lion cub tattoo... looked... AWESOME. I don't know how they charge so little. The line work wasn't shaky. I was completely wrong about the skill level! Not only that, but I actually hadn't given Christian a specific instruction about the tattoo placement. I just said, "I don't know, somewhere in this general area." But he had placed it over one of the scars that I had been insecure about and covered it up. I can hardly tell there was a scar there. That's some extra level thinking that Christian had put in! My partner went after me, and Christian did the little stego-bronto hybrid dinosaur in rapid time less than a minute as well. Prep actually took a lot longer than the actual inking for both of us. In less than 10 minutes total time, since entering the doors, my partner and I both left the facility with our tattoos. We are both very happy with our experiences and will likely be back for more. Cute place that makes sure to change gloves and tips after each person tatted while staying really affordable. Most of the staff is really friendly and patient, we weren't intoxicated my friends are just indecisive and loud. The front desk had a lady with pretty purple hair who seemed to have an attitude but I think she may have been hangry so maybe she's normally a delight. We all got the tattoos done by the same person who was fairly heavy handed, not the worse I've experienced but we all agreed it wasn't *great*. I did it different tho with coming an hour before it opened on a Sunday (1pm) because I figured I could be one of the first people and be guaranteed not to wait 3-4 hours (which can be the case the later the day gets [side story I went on a Saturday 2 hours after opening and the wait was gonna be 3-4 hours so I decided on the next day expedition]). I'm giving 3 stars because I had mixed emotions with this location, first of all I traveled out there for the Bad Bunny concert, it was my first time ever going to Vegas and needed to go to some talked about spots including this specific location because what's better than leaving with a permanent souvenir. That somewhat happened. When I arrived there was cops question the employees because someone had left with a customers phone, whatever. There already some tension because of the whole situation , but I always remain positive and friendly. The lady who did my tattoo seemed to have a bit of an attitude but I broke her and she ended up being really lovely. I had gotten 2 tattoos (the crazed $10 ones) I got a heart in my wrist and a dog on my ankle. The dog turned out adorable! But the heart is terrible, I'm sorry, but it is. (See picture below) I didn't notice it was basically missing ink on half the heart until the peeling so I was already back in Orange County and couldn't do anything except pay $100 just to go over it which I may just buy my own tattoo kit and do it myself. Greatly exceeded my expectations!! I wish I remember the name of the guy who did our tattoos. But it was so fast!!! that I forgot. Literally in an out in 30 minutes, two for me and one for my husband. A few things to know: 1. These are FLASH TATTOOS!! Yep, even your shitty sun reference that is "almost the same as the sheet" requires the artist to draw something, that takes time and they only make a portion of the cost of the ten dollar tattoos, so obviously they charge a shop minimum for tattoos off the flash. ‍ it's called flash for a reason!!! Don't nickel and dime these guys!! Why was the tip jar empty? Don't be tacky. Tip!! 2.
