There was a cozy place with chairs and a couch and a fireplace to lounge in, with turmeric ginger tea, strawberry water, regular water, and a few snacks (I didn't have any, I think it was nuts and dried fruit?). The locker room was spacious with a sauna, two huge showers, two toilets, and a changing area with lockers. some toiletries were provided as well. I appreciated that the lockers had a keypad so I didn't have to carry around a key. You can change in the changing area, but if you want more privacy, you are encouraged to go behind the door of the shower, where there's plenty of room to change. The sauna was nice and hot. Loved it. We both opted for the Om package which included a facial and a massage with one enhancement of choice. I have to say, the massage tables here are the most comfortable ones I've ever experienced. They are heated for your comfort, although they can turn off the heat if you run hot. My massage with Allison was lovely and super relaxing. Afterwards, I was brought back to the lounge area where I met up with my friend again and waited for my facial. The aesthetician, Kat, immediately gave off warm and friendly vibes, and I knew right away that she was going to be great. Her recommendations were spot on and her technique was fantastic. Again, so relaxing and I wish I didn't have to leave. Hands down the best facial I have ever experienced. We were allowed to check in an hour prior to our appointments and stay as long as we wanted it afterwards We ended up staying and talking for a couple more hours and enjoying the atmosphere. Every single person we encountered was kind, helpful, and seemed happy to be there. They have product recommendations at the end, but no hard upsell which I appreciated. I will 100% return. I thought maybe if I could visit on different times or days I could find a time to relax, but unfortunately it seems this goes on all day. There are a lot of signs saying there shouldnt be any sexual contact, but they don't seem to do anything. The only safe place for the men who want to relax is the coed saunas because you have to wear clothes and women share the area with men. As a Korean, I am just so disappointed that I can't use this Korean Spa for it's intended purposes. There are bathhouses in Seattle for these things, why can't these guys go there?

You can share with 1-7 of your buddies depending on the room selected. I'd recommend a group session if you haven't done it before. You'll get a towel, a couple timers and a bottle of water. There's typically a towel on the floor by the cold dip and another small towel in the floor of the sauna. A full size towel is on the seat of the sauna. There's an LED red light therapy system embedded in top of the sauna. I typically start in the sauna for 8 minutes or so. Then cold for 3 or so. Continue for the length of my time. I'm especially refreshed if i finish with the cold plunge. Staff are friendly/helpful. I've had mixed luck with the bluetooth speakers in the rooms. The doors on the saunas can be tough to close (they stick). But overall, highly recommended.

The atmosphere in there is very peaceful and the staff are all very nice and accommodating. The pricing is very reasonable and the staff don't push you to get anything you don't want/need.
