He was answering phone calls, handling other customers and juggling me with ease. Super fantastic. Will come back to Sterling or Fairfax for any future needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the prices are pretty reasonable if you know what you are looking for. There are a few issues though. First, the store is way overstuffed with equipment, to the point where its almost hard to move around. The prices are OK for some things, but overpriced for others- you can tell they are not necessarily experts in certain sports (stay away from the tennis rackets, most are ancient for example.) They also don't pay very well for equipment, but that's not unexpected- after all, they need to make a profit. Overall, its a good place to shop for equipment rather than always buying new.

I've used this local shop to get of old figure skates that don't fit anymore and get roller blades for my son to try and see if he likes it. Saves on the expense of a hobby tried but decided that "he's not into it". Parking is good in this mall. The shop is average size for the Play It Again shops I've been in before. However, it is jam packed with stuff, like every square inch - not for the claustrophobic. Staff is pretty helpful and service is good.

Think about this place like a thrift store - some items are in great condition, some are passable and ok for a season, but you may have to lower your expectations if you are looking for super low prices. But knowing that some new bats are $100+ or even upwards of $250+ a pop, getting a decent one for 50% off retail is great when you don't have the luxury of waiting for sales. And if you are conservation minded like me, the fact that this stuff isn't just getting thrown out and can be used for others is a plus. They also obviously have softball, football, hockey, soccer, and other sport supplies in stock. And the store did not smell like a nasty locker room, which us a great sign.
