A family group of ten came here after a soccer game at the nearby sports park. A major selling point was that they would take a reservation on a Saturday morning, when we feared everything else would be too crowded for a group our size, and a solid Yelp review finalized our choice. As it turned out, the place wasn't busy. A special treat was that a group of bluegrass musicians was jamming as we ate. Apparently they are there every Saturday morning. The ambience is quite dark and moody with wood paneling and minimal lighting that made me use my phone flashlight to read the menu more easily--more of the saloon vibe than a restaurant. But it fit the Western theme. The breakfast menu was pretty varied, the portions were large, and the food was pretty good, though not the best I've had. There was an error in one order, and I'll give the server slack because a group of ten is a lot to handle, but syrup arrived late for the pancakes, and butter and jam had to be requested for the biscuits. One odd thing was that they had no decaf coffee. The family was pleased. Overall, I'd call it a solid but not quite stellar choice for an old-fashioned breakfast in a theme setting. read more

Saddle Sore is our go-to spot for weekend breakfast and brunch. The food is delicious, portions are generous, and the service is consistently excellent. We love the City Slicker, California Smash Burger, Chicken Caesar Wrap, Country Scramble, and the tater tots are our favorite. The drinks are always made perfectly too! Came here on a Wednesday around 3pm. Happy hour is from 2 to 5. They have large draft beers for $5. $3 off all apps too. Everyone in my party got the BBQ plate for $25. Service is great. I had peach margarita but too sweet. I will not recommended the california smash burger. Ours had a single patty that is super thin and bland, not as described from the menu. Although the French dip is good. Ambiance is fun and loud. I enjoyed the band. read more

Wow, how time flies when you're having fun. I cannot believe it's been 13 years since I last left a review for Saddle Sore. I'm happy to report. They still get five stars. We come here probably twice a month either for lunch or dinner. It is an old time country feel. You very much get the Norco vibe. On any given day, there can be horses in the row out front and Cowboys and cowgirls just having a good time. They did a pretty substantial remodel last year. Really have expanded the place. Makes it nice when you go for entertainment or the line dancing that they sometimes have. Some of the major things that you will notice is the outstanding service from everyone. They are all extremely polite and do their best to take care of all of the customers. The food is still great. Recently, I've been having the buffalo chicken wrap. Just love that the wife gets the turkey club and is always happy with it also. Make sure you stop in there for lunch sometime because they do have a lunch special if you're not really hungry. There's always great music playing and there's pool tables available with a plethora of TVs. Your latest sporting events or your favorite rodeo will always be on the screen. We dropped in here after a hard day losing our dog today. We decided to have a small bite and well some drinks in memory of our dog Remy. First of all, the service is great. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were empathetic to our loss. The food is great! Notably, the taco seasoning in the taco salad my wife had. She is a taco fanatic and said:"I want their recipe!". What is really cool is that Tim there gave us a container of the seasoning for a couple of good taco meals. Can't say enough nice things about this great establishment. We needed a spot between Rancho Cucamonga and Anaheim Hills for a family birthday party. We found Saddle Sore Saloon here on Yelp. Tim took our reservation and booked us the perfect table for our needs. Food was great...service was warm and friendly (thx Jaxon!). Be sure to try the hatch chili Mac n cheese. Onion rings were delicious, as were the housemade potato chips. NY strip steak meal was perfectly cooked and seasoned and cane with generous side portions. Tacos, burgers, and sandwiches were all generous portions and delicious. You can't go wrong with any menu choice. We will definitely return next time we're in the neighborhood! read more

Haley and Aly are phenomenal!! We regularly come here for food and a good time and are never disappointed! The food is hard to beat and the service is top notch. Definitely our favorite place in town whether coming in for a low key night or bringing family and friends along with us. This Faerie Queen was with a wonderful group of people who were excited to watch the Equestrian rodeo down the street. Before the excitement we stopped here. Great live band, the food pretty good, the drinks just fine, and the people quite nice. I will never go back. I went there for dinner tonight with my husband and daughter and waited 20 min before anyone even notice us and that was after i made eye contact with a server. I had to get my own menus. The young kid server kept walking by us and didn't acknowledge us at all. He served 2 tables that came in after us, giving them menus and waters. If this is the people they have as servers, i rather go the McDonalds at least there i get good service. read more
