First visit followed by a second visit a couple days later. Had the Cowboy steak both times. Karaoke was an added bonus, no one was shy about taking a turn. Just left because we could not get any waitress to help us. Our waitress had to leave and said Allison would be our new waitress and she would be around shortly . We did watch Allison who handled every other table around us and she also had time to do 2 shots but would never help us. Also watched other new tables get visibly upset. After 40 minutes and not one stop by we left and went to Water Wheel. HORRIBLE SERVICE and watching your waitress do shots twice is a no go. read more

I've been coming to Saddle Sore for a few years now. They have the best food! Check out their Texas egg rolls, I order them every time I come in, they're to die for! I've had the pleasure of being served by most of the servers, all are very kind and personable, especially Aly! She served my dad and I tonight, made sure our glasses were never empty, and we had good conversations. I love this hidden gem in Norco! The food is amazing! I always get the chicken Caesar wrap with ranch on the side and it's delicious! The staff is super friendly too! My wife and I have driven past this place multiple times and it always seemed dark inside having us think that it was just a local seedy bar. While visiting friends, their son asked us if we had ever been to the Saddle Sore Saloon while we were discussing the places on 6th St. that we enjoy eating at. He said that the food was very good and to give it a shot. We ventured in on a Monday night, the saloon is pretty dark on the inside but it was enough to see a menu. Our server, Keoni, came over with a smile on her face and took a drink order while giving us some menu's. The draught beers were pretty domestic but they did have an IPA that I enjoyed. My wife had a tequila sunrise and the pour was very generous. They have a pretty good Monday night special where you have three price options to order two entree's, salad or advertised appetizers. We both had the NY steak, baked potato and house salad. It was cooked perfectly for a thin cut steak and was very good. All of the staff were very friendly and said hi as they passed by us. The main menu didn't have any prices on it but the server said she would let us know if we wanted something different. She mentioned that they are about to go through a complete remodel now that they have acquired the business next door. She mentioned a new kitchen, larger restaurant and bar and more of a stage for their live music. They are going to get new menu's so that's why they are letting the ones with no prices still exist for the time being. My only suggestion would be to update your outside lighting and signage to show that it's not just a local bar and bring in some better lighting to the inside to brighten things up a bit. It's just too dark inside. Now that we have been there, we will definitely come back and look forward to the big remodel. read more

Went here the other day with my husband. Food was great! The server Terri was very helpful and provided a great service which add to the great atmosphere. Lots of families in the eatery section, but it did not delay the great service or great food! The food portions are large so be sure to ask about it before you get it! Love this place! I started coming here recently after moving my horse to Norco. I have yet to ride him here but plan to as soon as he's used to "horse town USA." Def not your typical trails. I now come by for a drink or two and dinner when ever I'm visiting my boy. Drinks and food are great and love the atmosphere. Staff are all very friendly. read more

Yay!!!! They're Back!!!! Opened a week ago & they are on point! Missed our local watering hole during the closure due to covid. It felt good to be greeted & to see all the familiar faces. The people who work here are like family. It's our home away from home! The kitchen staff is back at it, serving up excellent food! We had a Great lunch! I've been in Norco 30 years. Saddle Sore Saloon has been a staple in this Town, thru all the owners, we've always supported. I've never had such horrible service nor food as of today. 3-12-2022, 11:09, recite time. We ordered The Cowboy Sandwich, I think that's what it was called. three eggs over hard , bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo on sour dough...Plus all you can drink Mimosas....( cost wise) First, no glasses for mimosas, used a short round whiskey glass, second, a shot, yes a shot of OJ for a whole bottle of Champaign....question folks, how is a Mimosa made? Come on, everyone knows that answer... I guess you have to FLAG down a server, If you can get ones attention, not that they were busy on a Saturday morning and ASK for the OJ...third, NO EGGS on the sandwich?, in which three eggs is how it was advertised on the MENU. Asked the person, whos name was on the recite, Susanne, So, in short, we were served a BLT, not what was ordered, and almost charged for A Cowboy Sandwich, which was a higher price, if not brought to Susanne's attention, who took our order, since she seemed to be the person- n- charge. Taxes were on the receipt twice?
