    Lots of great games!
    Susan C.

This is a nice, clean arcade & bowling alley. They've got games ranging from claw prize grabbers to video games, a pool room, and a lot of bowling lanes. Music was 90's pop, a good volume, not overwhelming. The reason I went w 4 instead of 5 stars is it is rather tough to bowl- it's pretty slippery, and the televisions reflect on the lanes so you cannot see the arrows. They do offer bumpers for kids and a ramp to roll the ball for little ones, so that's helpful for families. The waitress was excellent, food decent quality, we had the artichoke spinach dip, which was good. Overall Bowlero is a nice place and staff is very good, prices are not cheap but are comparable to most places like this, it's a fun date place!

This is my go to bowling alley next to Southcenter. I realized that this place rather clean. The are plenty of lanes, billiards, arcade, and a decent bar area. The food options meet expectations and the servers are friendly.

We had ourselves a company function for a local aerospace company, and our division was celebrating all the hard work our team had achieved... so the large group of us came here for some fun and connecting with one another outside of a workplace. We had several lanes reserved, pool tables abundant, an arcade area, and good food! The bowling was fun and I seen many smiles and happy faces! Thank you, Bowlero, for accommodating such a large group and making it a memorable experience. Our teammates still ask when we are going back. Hopefully, soon! I definitely recommend this place for fun and unwinding with friends, either over a meal or drinks. As always, enjoy and Happy Bowling for Pizza!

Fun place to bowl with friends. Food and drinks are good. Sometimes the sensors are a little off with how many pins you knock and they use string pins. Staff is super nice and attentive.

Arrived at Bowlero at around 8:30 pm for 7 people on a Saturday night and there werent that many people. When we left around 10:30 pm, the place looked already packed. It costs $11.99 per game per person and $6.99 per pair of shoes and socks. Drinks were decent at a decent price. You could barely taste the alcohol. One issue we had was there didnt seem enough space for all 7 of us at our side of the lane. There were seats available up top, but it wouldve left a couple people out. There also wasnt enough space for us to put our items in. A little perch below the table and hooks for purses and jackets, but nobody felt safe to keep those items behind us if nobody was seated up top. Overall, we will still come back, but maybe not so often since it is pricey just to bowl one game.

Kyle is a pleasure to work with. He's always quick to respond via e-mail and text. He provides all the information and takes payments up until a month before your event date (which is super helpful). The hall itself is awesome. It's spacious, has all the tables and chairs, has a full-use kitchen with refrigerator. Plus, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, anything you can think of really. My brother-in-law even got married here (loved the place after our baby shower, and the pricing is just too good to be true). If we have another event in the future that requires a big space, we'll definitely rent here again. I would 10/10 recommend this place if you're looking for a big space with full-use kitchen, and pretty much everything besides decorations lol

This is a great spot to have a celebration especially when it's not a big one. I really like how there's a kitchen. Especially if you're cooking for your event it's really convenient. One thing I like about this hall is the parking space. So much parking spot and you don't have to worry about guest having to find parking out in the streets. I would recommend this rental if you're doing a celebration for all sorts of things.

Marked down to 4 because ai do t think you should have to pay extra ($20/night) to park at a hotel you are already paying to stay at. Just my opinion. Room-5- Would be a 6 if I gave a 6. I can't say enough about this room (rooms). It was a two room suite with a separate bedroom and living room. The living room had a comfortable sofa and table, a round dinner table and bar, and a great, large, functional desk. Having a separate workspace made life easier and I didn't need to shut my laptop and/or remote screen due to light. Mattress/pillows-5-Maybe the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, not sure what made it that way but it was. Elevator speed/availability-4-Elevators were pretty quick, lost a point because one of the three elevators was down the entire time I was there. It's a big hotel and two elevators can slow down guest. Gym/pool-5-Again I would give the gym a 6 if I gave 6's. A great selection of dumbbells, cardio equipment, kettlebells and a smith rack with a straight bar and handles. (It would be nice to have more handles for the smith machine but that's not a deal breaker) Restaurant-3- I ordered from the bar not the restaurant so I can only speak to the bar. I am not a fan of being asked to tip before I receive my food but most places seem to be heading this way. My food order was messed up pretty badly and I was in a hurry so I was stuck with it. The person behind the bar didn't write down my order so I'm sure that's why it was messed up, the other person behind the bar that I paid was a little rude. Needless to say I won't eat at the bar for the remainder or in the future. Staff-5-Even with the bar staff the admissions folks at the front desk and other employees (maintenance and at the in-house Starbucks) were fantastic and very helpful. Price-5-Seemed appropriate and fair. Overall-5-My new favorite Hilton, I will definitely stay here again and I recommend you check it out if you are in/around Seattle. Shout out- Renee at the front desk was fantastic. Bonus- There is an Outback in the front parking lot, and a giant mall (Southcenter Westfield Mall) right across the street with tons of food options and a theatre).

I was completely blown away…read more From the moment we walked in, the level of professionalism and cleanliness stood out, especially for a kids' arcade and activity center. Everything felt well run and thoughtfully managed. One thing that really impressed me as a parent was the staff member monitoring the entrance and exit. He was incredibly attentive. He recognized us, noticed our child, and was clearly keeping track of who was coming and going. Of course, you should always watch your own kids, but having someone that alert adds a huge layer of peace of mind. We used a Groupon, and if you have ever used one, you know it can sometimes be a hassle, but not here. The process was seamless. A staff member radioed ahead for us, and by the time we got to the snack counter, they already knew what to do. No waiting, no confusion. We were set up immediately and on our way. That level of coordination was impressive. Every game we tried was working perfectly, including VR games, which is rare in most arcades. Even smaller details, like all the basketballs being available at the Papa Shot machines, did not go unnoticed. The kids' drop ride was a huge hit with my daughter, and the claw machines, which guarantee a prize, were a fun bonus, especially as a way to end the visit on a high note. The prize center was also well balanced, with reasonable ticket costs and fun options. They had some great games too, like rhythm games and classics, that made it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The real surprise was the food. We ordered pizza expecting typical arcade food, but it exceeded expectations by a mile. It was soft, fresh, and genuinely delicious, easily better than what you would find at places like Chuck E. Cheese. The entire dining area was spotless, which is almost unheard of in venues like this. Tables were clean. Floors were clean. Everything felt cared for. The service continued to impress throughout. Our food came out quickly, and when we finished, the staff handled all the cleanup. We actually went out of our way to find cash just to leave a tip because the service deserved it. We originally came for the full experience, including batting cages, laser tag, go karts, and mini golf, but honestly, even before doing any of that, I can confidently say this place is incredibly well run. Based on everything we experienced, I have no doubt the rest will be just as great. If you are a parent looking for a fun, safe, and well managed place for your kids that you will actually enjoy too, this is it.

This place gives Dave and Buster vibes but has both and indoor and outdoor component. You can earn tickets to redeem for items and I was quite surprised about how big of a venue was here. It was rainy and we stay indoors so I can't really comment on the outdoor components. Overall, I'd come back but it's not my "go-to" for indoor gaming/food activity.
