Nice location for a party of 10. We had two people drop, but paid for in our reservation and that was the biggest hassle during this trip. Apparently their site and location are not linked, so the credit we got for two people not coming was applied to food. We were told we'd have to call to get the refund. Oh well. Drinks were fine, food was good for what you pay for. The bowling experience was really fun. Definitely a nicer/less sketch place to bowl at compared to others nearby. The bowling balls were nice as they accommodated smaller or larger hands, depending on the weight. I did find the balls to glide through the lanes easier than other places I've been to, but they seemed heavier. This is a nice, clean arcade & bowling alley. They've got games ranging from claw prize grabbers to video games, a pool room, and a lot of bowling lanes. Music was 90's pop, a good volume, not overwhelming. The reason I went w 4 instead of 5 stars is it is rather tough to bowl- it's pretty slippery, and the televisions reflect on the lanes so you cannot see the arrows. They do offer bumpers for kids and a ramp to roll the ball for little ones, so that's helpful for families. The waitress was excellent, food decent quality, we had the artichoke spinach dip, which was good. Overall Bowlero is a nice place and staff is very good, prices are not cheap but are comparable to most places like this, it's a fun date place! read more

We booked this place for kids birthday party and everyone had a blast! My husband and I really appreciated the general manager's friendly greeting to us as we arrived. He was kind to our child and made us feel welcome. He then promptly connected us with our own manager/server, who both took great care of us! Food was hot, tasty and plentiful!! We were pleased with the clean, relaxed, and comfortable atmosphere and that the place was decorated for the holidays was also nice! The kids really loved the flexibility of being able to bowl or hit the arcade. Parents enjoyed being able to purchase a pitcher of beer at their convenience. I was very impressed to see that the general manager was helping staff clean up at the end of another event. You don't often this kind of thing from managers and it was really wonderful to see that kind of hands on leadership! We noted that he seems very good at his job! We had ourselves a company function for a local aerospace company, and our division was celebrating all the hard work our team had achieved... so the large group of us came here for some fun and connecting with one another outside of a workplace. We had several lanes reserved, pool tables abundant, an arcade area, and good food! The bowling was fun and I seen many smiles and happy faces! The only reason I'm giving this a 4-star rating is because of Mario, the manager, who checked us in. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about our experience, even though we arrived during a slightly busy time. Unfortunately, our dining experience wasn't as great. Our waitress took an unusually long time to bring out something as simple as french fries -- and when we reminded her, they came out cold. On our way out, we stopped by the bar, and the bartender's attitude was disappointing. She was rude and dismissive, which made us feel unwelcome. We had one round of drinks and decided to leave shortly after. Overall, Mario's excellent service truly stood out and made a difference, but the rest of the staff could learn a lot from his professionalism and customer care. read more

The primary reason for my dissatisfaction was the lack of customer service and cleanliness during our visit this past Saturday, August 2, 2025, at the Bowlero South Seattle location. I want to be fair and acknowledge that not every bad experience is the fault of every staff member, but this was by far the worst bowling experience we've ever had, and it felt like basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness were not being met. From the moment we arrived, the experience started off poorly. The staff member at check-in and shoe rentals seemed unengaged and uninterested in helping customers. It set a negative tone right away, which was disappointing, especially since we had looked forward to this night out. When we got to our reserved lanes (23 and 24 from 6 pm to 8 pm), there was no water provided. I went to the pizza and food kiosk behind our lane and asked for some. The person said "okay," walked toward the back (presumably the kitchen), and never came back within a reasonable time. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I had no choice but to return to the lane. We ordered a pitcher of beer and an appetizer through the lane tablet, but there was no option to order just water, which is surprising given that water is a basic necessity for guests. We eventually received glasses and a pitcher of water about 45 minutes into our reservation. Later, when another staff member came by to deliver our beer, my sister tried to ask him a question about food, and instead of listening, he cut her off mid-sentence with, "How about we see some IDs first." We completely understand that IDs are required for alcohol service, but there's a respectful way to handle that. His approach was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. About an hour into our visit, the only bright spot of the night finally arrived--the server who eventually came to help us. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and attentive, and honestly, she was the only staff member who made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. If it weren't for her, this visit would have been an absolute disaster from start to finish. Before leaving, I went to the men's restroom near the bar, shuffleboard, and pool tables, and what I saw was unacceptable. One stall had no toilet paper and urine sitting in the toilet, another had toilet paper and feces on the floor and in the toilet, and the last stall couldn't even be closed or locked because the door was misaligned. While I understand that other customers caused the mess, it's the staff's responsibility to routinely check and maintain restrooms. It seemed like no one had bothered to check them for quite some time, which is unacceptable for a place that serves food and beverages to families and groups. The overall experience truly sucked. For a place that charges premium prices for bowling, food, and drinks, the very least Bowlero should do is meet basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness. We paid for a fun night out and were left feeling ignored, disrespected, and frustrated. This was the worst bowling experience we've ever had, and while one outstanding server tried to make up for it, it should never take nearly an hour for guests to receive basic service like water, and the overall conditions of the facility and service should never be this poor. read more

Let's start with the food, not only were the veggies on the dosh brown and wilted, there was hair in my food. I luckily ordered fries so I had something to eat and opted not to have my food remade. They issued a refund and I ordered my kids food and asked for the ice cream to be on the side of the cookie. It was placed on top (she's lactose intolerant we were planning to give it to her friend) the arcade doesn't allow you to consolidate your tickets and the prizes aren't worth playing for. The seattle location is for 21+ only so I won't be coming back to the chains for any kind of visit family or corporate or otherwise. Arrived at Bowlero at around 8:30 pm for 7 people on a Saturday night and there werent that many people. When we left around 10:30 pm, the place looked already packed. It costs $11.99 per game per person and $6.99 per pair of shoes and socks. Drinks were decent at a decent price. You could barely taste the alcohol. One issue we had was there didnt seem enough space for all 7 of us at our side of the lane. There were seats available up top, but it wouldve left a couple people out. There also wasnt enough space for us to put our items in. A little perch below the table and hooks for purses and jackets, but nobody felt safe to keep those items behind us if nobody was seated up top. Overall, we will still come back, but maybe not so often since it is pricey just to bowl one game. read more

The service was perfectly fine. The bowling was ridiculous. Their pins are attached at the top with strings. I didn't know this at first, because who would do that? I started seeing the pins fly in a weird pattern, and I was like "Is the matrix real? Is it messing up and creating a new reality?" But no. I started to notice some light moving above the pins in a strange way. Are those effing strings? So I went to the front desk and asked if their pins were attached to strings. They said yes, and that they do that so they don't have to hire someone to take care of clogs in a pin resetting system. This bowling experience was horrible. It's not real bowling. The strings affect how the pins fall. Don't go here. read more

We reserved a lane for six people, 4 adults and 2 kids, for 2 hours. First, you should expect to arrive plenty early, since you may find a line of people at the check in counter, and if you don't get checked in before your reservation starts, you just lose that time. Second, if you have a family, with young kids, this may not be the best place for bowling. You have to decide whether to have bumpers in the gutters for the entire group or no bumpers. For some reason, this relatively new facility doesn't have bumpers that operate automatically for the ability of each player. They have to be set by the staff, and they either stay up or down for the whole group during your entire stay. Considering this is a pretty expensive bowling experience, the facility doesn't really justify the cost. read more

Don't be fooled, this is NOT south Seattle, it is very much IN Tukwila. The kids had a great time, service was extremely slow, food is so expensive for what you get and pretty terrible. My advice is to bowl then go somewhere else for dinner. read more

But service for drinks seems like it always takes 20 minutes and sometimes you even have to remind them... today i went in around 7 ish and it seemed like the blonde at the counter for the bowling lanes had some sort of issue that made her feel she had the right to treat myself and 4 others with a lot of unnecessary attitude. I keep coming back thinking its going to get better but i have been proven entirely wrong... its always something. Once again very aesthetically pleasing spot with lots of activities for all ages, but some of the staffing needs work BAD! We came into Bowlero as a party of 6 today. We reserved our lane ahead of time, which was the right choice. We reserved our lane for 2 hours and played as many rounds as we could fit in for the best value. This was so fun! We got two pitchers of beer for our lane as well as some various mixed drinks. We had a great time, but we felt that their prices were too high given that we mostly served ourselves. In terms of our day/personal experience, we had a 5/5. In terms of service, I chose 3/5 for the following reasons: 1. Considering that the bowling balls are shared by everyone, I wish there was a hand washing/sanitizing station for those that want it. I would have loved to enjoy some of their foods, but I didn't want to eat finger food while touching balls everyone else was touching. It was a long walk to and from the bathroom every time I needed to wash my hands! 2. Service lane to lane-we would have loved to have ordered our drinks remotely and have them brought to us. While they have some things you can order from the lane, it wasn't possible for the drinks and we weren't sure why. We didn't want to leave our lane if possible. 3. Lanes were not cleaned up in between parties. We felt bad for our neighbors who arrived to their lane with the empty cups of the people previously there. :( 4. Shoe Drop off-it would have been nice to have had a more central place for shoes to be returned to, versus having to return them to the same counter that people were trying to check in. It got pretty busy and crowded.We loved our time here. It was so fun coming up with our bowling nicknames, and we had a ball bowling (pun intended). I came with a group of 12 for an anniversary party on Sunday evening. We were told we'd have semi private lanes and they were for about an hour and then the other 8 lanes filled up but, the people that were there were very friendly. When you're paying extra for the semi private lanes it would be nice for more seating. We were told the seats would comfortably seat 6 people on each lane. Yes 6 people could sit there but it wasn't cozy. The music was a little loud for my liking because I had to get really close to the person I was trying to talk to. BUT that being said the music they played was really good. I don't think there was one song that I didn't like. The balls were really nice. They had a good mixture of sizes and weights on the balls which I liked. Two different size finger holes on each ball. It was perfect. The actual bowling was nice. It was clean, the only complaint I had was our lane didn't tell us the speed our balls were going when they got to the end. At the very beginning our server was very attentive and after she brought the food out she was a ghost. I had to go hunt another person down so that we could get more beverages and plates. Even after asking for our server (Maddie) she never did show up. I'm giving this place a solid 4 stars. I will for sure be back! read more

They've done a really good job at this location rebranding the bowling alley into some thing a bit more family friendly and redoing the inside. It was very nicely done, very clean, nicely spread out, the food was delicious, and the servers were very attentive. The only reason I knocked this place down one star is the food. Bowlero remodeled their space. They offer small Birthday or Party Rooms for 5 people. Or you can get Pizzas, wings for apps. For larger bowling Corp, party events, you can reserve the alleys ahead. There are buffet tables by the Lanes. The hardwood floors are newer from Acme Bowl and clean. The Lanes have colored lighting. The restaurant section where our party was sitting was pretty loud with the Football Game on. They took down the walls in bar area so it looks more spacious. There were not much adults sitting there this afternoon. It was mainly families bowling with kids. There are new Games in the Arcade too. There are monitors in the bowling area to order. There was a lack of wait staff where we sat. So someone td me to go to the bar to order food. The bartender finally came down to take my order maybe 20 mins later. No one was in the bar area too. I ordered the 3 Cheese Quesadilla. Parts of it was soggy and I looked inside. Hardly any cheese was in there and not 3 cheeses. I only saw a tiny bit Amer. Cheese. The Barcoda beef was good and tasted like bean dip mixed into it. The price was reasonable at $11.59. I added a Pepsi later at $4.29. I was able to ask if they do free refills. There are milkshakes for $7.59 and Strawberry Lemonade for $5.59. Monster half pound burgers go for $14.99. You can split that. That's a lot of burger if you don't eat much like me. I packed my leftovers in a box to eat dinner. The only thing I did not enjoy were the screaming kids in the arcade but it's Sun. read more
