Buyers beware - do not trust Poya !…read more He's one of the managers and he seems like a great guy when he's trying to sell you a car. He convinced us that the thorough used car inspection process was when I could trust. We purchased a car and driving home start having issues with the brakes, reached out we're told to come in, they take care of it. Next day, power steering stopped working. When we brought the car in, we were told this is a used car with no warranty. We asked for a copy of the state safety inspection and were refused a copy. If the truck passed inspection, why wouldn't they share the copy? The ridiculousness continues when Poya told me, the head of their service department doesn't have a single technician comfortable working on a Chevrolet truck power steering. It's a power steering pump any apprentice mechanic can fix this. I emplored Poya, to do the right thing. Plus, he knew we were there to buy a second car. He refused to help. I made a terrible mistake of trusting a used car sales manager. I thought the Ourisman name meant something reputable. Thanks to Poya I know differently. Made advice if you're looking for a used car buy it somewhere else. If you're looking for a new car, buy it from the salesman Amen, Toyota will stand behind that Warranty you don't have to worry about Poya's word. I'm Jim Fenwick if our a customer or potential customer and you'd like to talk to me about this review and my experience, feel free to call me at 713-484-9855 or email me at Jimfenwick@yahoo.com I'm a straight shooter. I promise no embellishment here. These are just facts.

This dealership provides subpar service and lacks basic professional standards. During my last…read morevisit, I waited over three hours (as most of us do from talking with other customers) without being informed of available loaner vehicles. More alarmingly, service technicians installed a tire inside-out and refused to rectify the error, despite the vehicle being only two years old with tires they replaced a few months prior. They also attempted to upsell unnecessary spark plug replacements that were well within their service life. Furthermore, the sales environment is dismissive toward female buyers; staff repeatedly ignored me during my purchase process as well, directing all communication toward my father despite being told I was the buyer. I now take my business to Toyota in Winchester for more reliable work and respectful treatment. *Update* No, I will not respond to the company on here, I've responded and left a lot of feedback on all my experiences with Lexus and never has anyone changed anything, contacted me, etc. So no, I'm not about to reach out to you now that this is on Yelp.

I was completely blown away with the sales department, specifically Hunter Evans and Marcos Fernandez and their ability to meet the price I needed to make a deal on a day I wasn't expecting to make a deal. This was the smoothest buying experience I have had and completely counter to previous experiences. Ted Britt is my local dealer and has earned my continuing business based on this experience. I never thought I would say this but this has been truly a great experience and I hope all prospective buyers get the same level of respect and treatment I received while working with the Ted Britt Chantilly team.

Do not EVER do business with any Ted Britt dealership - especially Chantilly Ford…read more I don't use the word "misogynistic" lightly, but after repeatedly being ignored while the manager, Hassan Yousufi, directed every substantive answer to my husband - even after being explicitly told I was the buyer - I don't know how else to describe the experience. It was demeaning, insulting and completely unacceptable.   I was shopping for a 2026 black EcoBoost Mustang convertible and had done extensive research before ever stepping into the dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted, understood the market, and had already begun negotiating over the phone.   My initial interactions with Gleb were fine. Unfortunately, everything changed when the manager, Hassan Yousufi, became involved.   From the very beginning of our conversation, I made it explicitly clear that I was buying the car, I was making every purchasing decision, and my husband was simply accompanying me. He is not a car enthusiast, was not involved in the negotiations, and was there solely as a spectator.   Despite being told this directly, Hassan repeatedly directed his responses to MY questions to my husband instead of me. Every time I asked a question, he turned to my husband to answer. He might briefly glance in my direction, but his attention consistently returned to the man sitting beside me--as though my questions somehow required his approval. It was disrespectful, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. I walked into the dealership as a well-informed customer, ready to spend $50K on a new Mustang. Instead of being treated like the buyer, I was treated like I was invisible.   In 2026, there is simply no excuse for salespeople to assume the man in the room is the decision-maker after being explicitly told otherwise. If your sales staff cannot respect who the customer actually is, they have no business working in sales.   Buying a car should be an exciting experience. Instead, Ted Britt turned it into one of the most frustrating dealership interactions I've ever had. There are plenty of other dealerships that know how to treat customers with respect. I bought my car from a dealer in Maryland with a great price and respectful salespeople. This is even worse because Ted Britt Chantilly is the closest dealer to me. I would have been a life long customer since I always bring my cars to the dealer. But Ted Britt lost out on the sale - plus life long service. Their loss.

Recently purchased a Navigator and took it to this location in the morning to request "The Works"…read morediagnostic and to address an issue with the passenger massage chair. I was told that the diagnostic could take 2-4 days (really?). The Service Manager would not provide any specific details as to why it would take that long to run diagnostics. I went against my better judgement and dropped off the car and I was not offered a loaner vehicle. Later that evening, I checked my car's location via navigation and it was sitting in the parking lot. After 24 hours, I followed up with the Service Manager and was told that a technician was looking at the vehicle and they would provide me with an update. So I checked my navigation/location and my car was in the EXACT same spot in the parking lot. I never received any updates after reaching out. Again, I waited patiently until the next morning and tried to contact the Service Manager again. I tried to call, and was on hold for 40 minutes when the system hung up on me (timed out?). Also, my car was still in the EXACT same spot in the parking lot (no movement for two days!). I decided to take off work to drive to the service department and called again on my way. Someone from another department picked up and said she couldn't locate the Service Manager and I could leave a message, so I left a message stating I was driving in to get a status. I arrived to the Service Department and to my surprise, I saw the Service Manager sitting with a colleague chatting and having a good conversation. This is just 8 minutes after I was told they couldn't locater the Service Manager. I asked for a status update from the Service Manager and she said it would take a couple of days. I asked her specifically why it would take that long and she wouldn't answer my question but kept repeating that it would take two days. After a few iterations with the same response from her, she finally committed to having someone look at the car right away and have it ready by the end of the day but said they wouldn't be able to look at the massage chair function Funny, I thought she said someone had already looked at the car even though it never moved from its parking spot from day 1. You can draw your own conclusions there. I decided to let them proceed with "The Works" diagnostic and pick it up that afternoon. When I got home, I checked my vehicle's location and finally saw it had moved through the Ford Service lane/department. She emailed in the afternoon saying the car was ready and I went and picked up the car. She offered no apologies or expressed any acknowledgement of the delays and inconvenience. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but when the data shows a lack of effort or honesty, I want to share my experience in case it may help others. I have owned many cars in my life from affordable to luxury and this is by far the WORST customer service I have seen or experienced. Hope this review helps folks make an informed decision when deciding to visit this Service Department.
