For our round 2 installation, we challenged him to install the TV and soundbar literally *into* the wall so that the screen and speakers would be flush with wall. This setup would allow for better room aesthetics and also allow for a more functional room by opening the space in the living room. Tim took the time to think about the construction challenge ahead, customize a solution and do what matters most -- deliver. The end result was a superior setup that makes the most of the space of the room. The thought and care that went into the installation was demonstrated through the finished work. So I found Wiring Innovations, and I'm SO glad I gave them my business instead. All of my streaming devices and video game consoles now enjoy the blazing fast 1Gbps fiber connection over cat 6e ethernet. The unsightly wireless router is hidden in a removable panel in my bedroom closet, and it's enabled me to do proper cable management behind my living room TV console. I also have a studio / in-law unit part of my house that I rent on Airbnb, and "super fast internet" is consistently mentioned in my reviews. It's all thanks to Javier. Before I got my home wired, that room was so far from the router I almost couldn't even setup the Nest x Yale door lock. The Molekule air purifier couldn't be reached in the app. Even my phone had problems getting the signal back there. With ethernet, I put a second WiFi access point in that room and hooked up the Apple TV via ethernet as well, so not only do they have blazing fast WiFi, they also have seamless 4K UHD streaming. So I ended up calling to get an estimate from the owner, he came out looked at what I had in my home to see what would have to be done. He told me he would give me a call with the estimate cost within the next two to three days. I called him five days after the initial consultation and he said he didn't have the estimate ready yet and to give him a couple more days, okay that's fine. But another week goes by and when I call him he said he was out of town and would be back in the office the following week. So basically no response for over a month with the estimate and if he can put a surround system in my house and kept on making excuses to give me an estimate. First off if your company isn't equipped to work with what I have, they could have just told me in the first place instead of wasting my time by calling your company for weeks trying to get a straight answer. It's a no brainer.
