They came by, and it turns out tried to scam me massively for insurance, etc. I'm lucky to have caught it before signing anything. After this awful experience, I went back online to find a different mitigation company and found Life Savers. They came by at like 9:00 p.m. took a look and although I was extremely suspicious of anyone I would have spoken to after the first experience, Rudy really helped set my mind at ease and made the process incredibly easy all things considered. They stopped the damage, everything was done incredibly professionally and well within the expectations of my insurance company, and their professionalism and kindness shown through from start to finish of their services. My claims adjuster was extremely impressed not only over how I handled the situation, but how Lifesavers did as well. If I do need to mitigate another disaster Lifesavers will be the first team I call. Excellent service and excellent value. I was advised these DYI mold tests are thrown out in Court, so I needed a legitimate test. Jenny was professional, timely, knowledgeable and patient. I called her on a Thursday, she was at my house on a Friday. The reports were exceedingly detailed and included photographs and the company credentials. By Friday afternoon (same day), Jenny called me to go over the findings. By Tuesday, I had a PDF of the report (Monday was a national holiday). The Fee for the testing was reasonable and customary, and I was able to provide my attorney with this new data to help my case. I thought it would be bulky and affect the house look. It didn't! They handled working around our fiber optical and electrical line on the roof edges. They were able to cut our hvac pipe to drain into the gutter. And they were able to handle our special request of having the gutters drip away at least 5'1"-5'2" away from our house foundation. We got the gutters due to foundation issues, and the foundation injection company required gutters to warranty their injection work. Cody is responsive and has great customer service. He can try to work on a deal with you too. Zelle is cheaper than credit card with a transition fee. Pay 50% 1st, then 50% when completed. Met Justin and Francisco.
