I had purchased a Pioneer deck from Crutchfield and could get the installation done with their instructions. Went to see them and due to a slow time they installed the deck no problem and for a fair rate. A couple weeks later wanted to change the mirror and rear view camera. While there decided to upgrade my speakers too. Maria and her crew did a great job. Very happy with the results and they answered all my questions. I highly recommend their business. Don't dare take your car here for any LED lighting application. I had gone back over 5 times because of their glitchy work. The under glow light would not turn off on the driver's side. They tried to do a short cut and replace only one side of the LED lighting and there was a compatibility issue. The lighting was not the same thereafter. It would no longer present a slow steady LED gl but instead would just do fast erratic flashes. The driver'sside undercarriage LED still would not turn off. Finally, after scheduling an appointment to troubleshoot, they tried to tell my to come back another day. After going back and forth they clumsily offered to install new under carriage LED lighting for a charge of $450 bucks citing the warranty on my LED system was expired. This after I took my car in over and over because the lighting was never installed correctly. I was so frustrated I just ended up paying $60 for them just to remove the LED under carriage lighting so I did not have to deal with them anymore. RUN, RUN, they are terrible! read more

I don't know why the two bad reviews say what they say, but I just got a new system installed in my work truck on Monday the 13th. Had purchased stereo and adapter plate and wires at Best Buy day before. Walked in at 11:00 with no appointment, walked out ten minutes later with everything done perfect and a very friendly man told me emphatically if anything went wrong come right back and they would take care of it for free. Very knowledgeable too. Shop so clean and well organized you could eat off the floors. Highly, highly recommend. read more

I went for install of tesla style radio, underbody neon lights and a back-up camera. Arrived for appt @ 10am, didn't leave until 3pm with dead vehicle. Had to have truck towed to Jeep dealership because apparently they triggered the anti-theft device, rendering the key fob useless. Could not install radio, as climate control connector didn't match. New radio would mean no a/c. Put the old radio back, no power. Not to mention, underbody lights installed inside vehicle. Back-up camera brackets obstruct view of registration stickers on tag. Overall, not a great professional shop. I could have sat in my backyard and tried to install if I knew I'd have this big a problem. Stated they would pay for the tow but not the dealership cost. Will take to court once I find out damages from dealership. read more

I went in to get my radio checked. They said $65 to check and no additional if problem can be managed. He clearly stated that for $85 they could fix the wires they noticed were not on right to fix the problem. This did not fix anything. My complaint is I should have only been charged $65 because the $85 extra was to fix the problem. He claimed he told me different. He did not. I would not have paid $85 extra if it was no guarantee. He agreed but no refund. I asked for manager. No success. Rip off. Intentional scam artist. I'm not saying they don't do good work. I wouldn't know because they scamed me out of that. They were eager to assist, but didn't seem to have the confidence and/or know-how to diagnose the issue. Kept telling me to come back when some other guy was there. This is a scam shop. They were to supposed to install kicker 6x9 with components and amp. The only thing they installed were the 6x9. Howerer, rhey charged me for the other speaker components and amp. Very deceptive business. Just got my speakers replaced there today and a lot of carelessness was exuded. I just got home to find out that my car doors were improperly wired after so now my passengers side window rolls up the drivers side and vice versa. My drivers side window doesn't even roll up. They also left the window latch hanging off and I didn't realize until I got home (the windows were rolled down when I gave them my car). I would not recommend them, as they seem like a get rich quick place that does bogus work for cheap prices. I paid $60, and should've took it to a more quality place for $75 10 minutes down the road. I am highly pissed off, never take your car there or you will be sorry! read more

I called to inquire about a Remote Start system. The phone rang about 25 times before somebody picked up (I zoned out - the only reason I waited so long). I said "I'd like to talk to someone about a remote start system." That's as far as I could get. The guy insisted that I'd have to come in. He said they wouldn't talk about it except in person. There's not much to cover! Make Model Year Trim. AND I know exactly what kit I want, but not what they would have charged, availability, duration, etc. No reason I shouldn't be able to get that handled over the phone. I told him that a visit like that would be very inconvenient. The guy could not have cared less. "yup." I could hear the TV soaps up pretty loud in the background. I regret interrupting his Tuesday afternoon TV viewing. read more

These people run scams. I went there to get a Viper security system and after installing it, they told me that they had thrown away the box with the instructions and charger for the remote. I asked them to go get it out of the thrash, since it was right after the install, and they didn't know what to do. I asked to speak to the manager and she magically disappeared. The remote they gave me was scratched and looked used. I'm not sure what they installed or if it was even new to begin with. Avoid this place unless you want to get scammed. read more

This place is a RIP OFF!!!!!! I had my headlights replaced, when only 4 months into these "new Lights" they conveniently had to be replaced AGAIN!! Paid 450 the first time,only for safe and sound to hit me with a 55 charge just to look at it,then 185 to replace the LED bulbs again. I told them to unplug everything they installed, Im now going back to the factory lights. More money,but less of a headache. read more

Had them put dynamat on my rear deck to prevent my subwoofer from rattling it. The people were friendly, let me test my sub to see if the rattling was still occurring. Took a little longer than expected, but mainly because the rear deck had to be removed. Pricing was fair. Sub and amp pricing there seems a little pricey though. read more

I can't belive how fast and productive this people are they make installing an alarm system so fast and stress free with no hassle I was there only for 20 minutes that made a huge difference for me. The workers speak both Spanish and English and also have music that makes the process faster. My car looks so good and brand new!!!! You just can't find good serivce like they provide!!! read more

I spent twice as much as i should have on a receiver but figured this was the price of supporting a local business and getting same day service. They were very courteous and i was happy with how the system sounded, but then my dashboard lights went out and I had to spend a couple hundred dollars with my mechanic fixing the damage to my car's electrical system! Apparently their sloppy installation work led to a short that blew fuses and even the brake lights were impacted. I had no idea that an audio installation could have such consequences. read more

I'm so happy that i found this place! They have one of the most alter team members working and helping the costumers and installing the alarm system and speakers very quickly. The workers do care and listen on what the people want in there cars. I don't know how they do it but they can do the Back Window in one piece!! These guys (and gal) are the worst. I just got off the phone with a rude woman who hung up in my ear. I called to get an estimate on a single din car stereo and back up camera installation. She told me that I would have to bring my car to them to give me an estimate. How ridiculous is that!!! An estimate is not a price quote written in stone. This business needs to learn how to give an estimate with out requiring people to waste their time driving half way around the beltway for a quote. I finally told her that I have everything that I needed to do the install, so she told me it would be a $95 install. Then when she realized that I had a flip out screen, she told me that the install was $150 for that type of radio. Now folks please pay attention. I have installed radios myself before and I have done this install in this exact car before and the wiring is no different for a single din radio with or without a flip out screen. I guess she would have charged me $25 more for Bluetooth and $25 more for my USB port, if I told her that the radio had them. There is nothing that the installer has to do differently between the 2 radios. In fact the radio harness that you buy is exactly the same for both radios, with the same amount of wires that needs to be hooked up. These people are rip off artist. Use them at your own risk. read more

These guys are the worst when it comes to customer service, rude and careless! I paid them $80 to remove back and rear window tints on my car so it could pass inspection and they assured me that they were "professionals" and would not damage the defroster grid on the back windshield and they even tested them to make sure they worked properly before taking care of it, and to my disappointment they did just that they damaged it and when i went to talk to them see if they could do right by a customer i asked to speak to the person in charge and a gentlemen (Walter) i think was his name said he was in charge and was very rude and said that they never removed the tints on my car even after i showed him the receipt which clearly said"tint removal" and acted mad saying that we were wrong that they only removed glue from the window and after talking to them politely and seeing their refusal to help on righting something they clearly damaged i called the police and since it was a civil matter there wasn't much he could do but he was nice and talked to them so get it fixed and when he asked for the person in charge a "lady" said she was (so who knows who is in charge) but safe n sound were not moved on their response at all and said they would not fix it! So i WOULD NOT recommend this place and you would be smart to stay away from these guys since they cannot do their job right and are rude and unprofessional!! Worst place for your car!! Finally i paid $80 to get my car damaged in this horrible place! read more

I've gotten my car tints done twice and am pleased with the results. The staff here are friendly and work quickly. My only "complaint" is that my windows show the "Viper" watermarks. I would prefer if it was just plain. read more

VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRATICES , I had my front 2 window's tinted this morning and while I was waiting them to start on my car another customer came in and inquired about the 10% off on Wednesday tinting, so when I went to pay I also inquired and was first told that it didn't apply because I didn't ask for it and I said I'm asking now. Then I was told no because the only reason I knew about it was because I heard another customer mention it. Then I was told no because it only applies to full will car window tinting despite what the website says. After still not giving me a answer the clerk went into the garage to speak to the manager and he also said no . So it seems they put 10% off Wednesday's to get people to come in and then don't want to honor their adds. VERY SHADY!!! read more
