The worst company we have ever worked with for anything. They are contracted through our new home's building company, New Home Co. We ordered the upgraded smart home package with our new construction house in July - it's now October and Safe Streets has still not completed the work we paid for. The same tech has come out 3 different times and every time he is not equipped to help us with the issue. Multiple items already need fixed and we are still waiting on the 10 smart switches we ordered. They act confused every time we call and no one has any answers. If you're reading this, like me you didn't read the fine print and have realized TOO late that you've been taken by seeming criminals. We were told lies and have a bill for $70+ a month for 3 years...for a system that records spiders and wind blowing. The power went out this morning and we were told our system would notify us. Nope. So our system was down for how long? And we weren't notified. Will be contacting corporate and filing arbitration to attempt to get our money back. If I could give a negative review, I would definitely do that. Safe Streets is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I've called 15 times to schedule the same installation AND NOTHING EVER GETS SCHEDULED. They say it's scheduled, but it's not. Here's the thing, ADT is just as HORRIBLE!!! I got 3 different numbers to contact the people that deal for them. People, hear me out, if you can't trust these folks to transfer you to the right person, get an appointment scheduled, or even give you a refund; SHOULD YOU REALLY TRUST THEM TO PROTECT YOUR HOME??? The answer is NO!!! I'm looking for a new security company now. Anything has to be better than this. I'll come back and write another review because I'm sure it'll take 2 months to get my refund, which they were able to process in seconds. Terrible . I ended up with them because I chose ADT security. I've had it 2 weeks: now a sensor fell off a window. I can't fix it. I can't talk to anyone. I can't arm my home system. Very pissed off. read more

This installer has consistently listened carefully to our exact needs and the resulting actual appearance of the final installations shows. They've also worked well with our schedules to make their visits timely. I've personally had security systems in many buildings in several states and this ADT dealer is at this point my top contender as the best I've worked with. read more

They installed our ADT Security System and screwed us. We did not realize that we were in a contract as they sweet talked us into it with a good deal upfront. Didn't realize during the contract that you can't change the amount of security coverage and you have to pay 75% of the contract to get out of it. Also their installer put a hole in my wallo and never came back to fix it. We are not happy at all. They system does not work as our dogs set it off and we keep getting in trouble because we live in a mobile home park. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL...either one including ADT as they are worthless to talk with. Don't do it!!!!!! read more

I was charged $538 early disconnect fee. I am 82 an no longer able to live alone. I cannot go into a assisted living due to the COVID outbreak, so I have moved in with a family friend. According to ADT the only way I can not get charged is to be in a nursing facility. This goes against everything COVID. Please remove the $538. I am on a limited income and can not afford this along with the cost of my move. I had purchased all of the equipment left in my house (you told me to leave it there). read more

The install was quick. The phone agent was courteous although some of the things he "bundled" was not communicated to the tech. it all worked out in the end. I like the app interface and it is very easy to use. I used ADT because of their reputation and it makes me feel safe - Calling the right customer service number is very difficult. We are happy with the ADT system except for the away from home feature we do not need and want to take off our service if possible. The installer was good and effective but needs to be in sync with the advertiser. We had to negotiate features we thought were included. This is for the ADT office in Vancouver Wa. The advertising director Brady Bush should not be in his position at ADT. Brady went door to door giving away a free promotional alarm system so my husband thought we would give it a try. I asked multi times if we dont want this system could we cancell at anytime and Brady said yes becuase it was a promotional thing. Brady and the installer had my husband sign a docusign knowing that my husband just got out of the hospital for 2 weeks and was under the infuence of narcotics for the pain. We asked if they are going to pull my credit report also and Brady said no. (They actually pulled a report and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report) So we decided to cancel and Brady and his supervisor said we are in a 3 year contact and we are stuck with the contract because my husband signed docusign and on there phone and a verbal. My husband asked for the supervisors name and he would not give it to my husband. They obviously took advantage of my husband when he was ill. We have had the system for 2 weeks now and the system still isnt working correctly but charging us still. The Vancouver ADT is definatly giving ADT a bad name. I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE YELP REVIEWS AND SPREAD THE WORD NOT TO USE ADT UNTIL THEY LET ME OUT OF MY FRAUDULENT CONTRACT EVEN IF ITS FOR THE ENTIRE 3 YEARS. read more
