I ordered tires and was told they'd be ready to install the following business day. I called the following business day to make sure they were there before sitting in traffic to get up there. Was told the tires were never ordered.... no apologies, no way of trying to work something out or anything. I am a commercial company and would've given them plenty of business... their loss... luckily JG tires on Lawrenceville hwy is able to stay open later just for me! read more

Safe Tires?! That's the funniest name they could have considering not only did one of their tires go flat on me after two weeks, they certainly don't care about the safety of their customers. Because of their crappy tire, I was stranded in another state, so I was forced to get a local shop to repair the tire. It was super expensive because of the nature of my interstate breakdown. ALSO, Safe Tires gave me an alignment that turned out to be pointless because, after their inspection, they KNEW I badly needed a new ball joint, but failed to mention it to me. They just wrote it in the notes to cover their ass and sent me unSAFEly on my way. They could've just been honest! When I was able to finally get my van home and back into their shop, the guy reminded me that my tire warranty was now 4 days expired. Great! Even though I had PROOF that the tire went flat after two weeks. Sure, I could have paid $700 to get my van towed back to the shop so they could repair it. :/ At least the receptionist showed sympathy for my situation and tried to get her asshole boss to help me out. Just don't give this place your business, they suck and don't care about you at all. I expect my mechanic to explain things to me, not just write it down on a piece of paper to cover their own ass. I don't know whose child is working the counter, but her attitude is the WORST. I'm not sure if she's the owner's relative, but she's short, snotty, doesn't look the customer's in the eye and acts as if you're wasting her time by being there. She's a detriment to your business and may ultimately drive a lot of people away. I'm sure there's someone else who can run the register and who is bi-lingual...I'm sure there're LOTS of someone else's who can run the register and who are bi-lingual. She sucks. read more

I have been getting used tires and an alignment from them for a while now. In the beginning everything was ok. When i took my care for the 1st alignment. It felt really weird and was all over the road, i went back they said it was fine. i went to nissan for an oil change and they showed me the test they did showing that the test failed by their standards and thats why it was shaking and swerving. i took it back and they finally fixed it. the next time i went for 2 used tires i had to get them replaced because the alert on my car was showing "check tire pressure"after 3-5 days later. They finally replaced them. I went to get 3 tires again and had the same issue. They found a nail stuck in the tire so i paid for the repair and paid for an alignment. once again the test failed at nissan and i had the same alert show up for maintenance on the tire and pressure issue. nissan also advised they couldn't rotate my tires because there wasn't enough tread on them. (only after a month) i went to speak to the owner to see if he could fix it and he thought i was being hostile and said he will give me money back instead because i am the only one who comes back to him with the test failing. i asked him to just look at it and explain to me why it failed due to this being where i paid for it and he refused said he was busy and didn't want to deal with it. BAD ATTITUDE to just fix what was wrong! read more

This is The worst tire shop! You can Save yourself a lot of trouble by taking your car somewhere else! I brought my car here to change the brake and they broke other things on my car , they wouldn't even take responsibility for it! They don't know what they are doing! Stay away!! read more

I've used this place once before and was decently satisfied but today I have decided I cannot use this establishment again. I don't trust any "company" where the person who answers the phone doesn't speak English and tells me it's his cell phone when I know I called the company line. After some rude ass lady had my boyfriend on hold for literally 15 minutes and never came back to the line. You will never get any more of our money again way to lose a repeat customer. I hope you guys learn some customer service! read more

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THEM!! They sold me a used tire with "80-90%" remaining tread ... my tire was flat within 24 hours!

I came here because other places charged around $90 for an alignment and they did it only for $40. After I got my alignment done, my car turned by itself mostly to the left. I went back to either get it fixed or get refunded. The owner blamed it on the tire rods being tight and not being able to loosen it. He said that he only aligned the driver side and not the other 3 sides that I paid for! When asked why did he charge me when he did not even do the service, he made up some prices when the price is already in big letters outside. Both my mechanic and Just Brakes store didn't see anything wrong with my tire rods. He wasn't interested in resolving and walked off knowing he was guilty, so I then told him I would write bad reviews. He flicked me off, angrily came back, grabbed a car tool and got in my face threatening to do something to me if he saw a bad review. He took a picture of me on his cell phone. I called police and filed a report. When police came, he was hiding in the back and had his family (who all are at the business) tell the police he was picking up his kids from school. The police asked why every time they respond to a call, he is missing. Which shows me that he scammed a lot of people before. I ended up having to pay to replace the wheel bearing and hubcap on the same side he aligned. It is not worth it coming here looking to save. I went from thinking I'd pay $40 to paying over $250 from damages this crook caused and on top of that a LIFE THREAT! If you read others reviews, you will see other people have experienced the same and have been cheated and violently confronted. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE NEAR HERE!!!! This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had in my life! The mechanics do not speak good English, most of them do not know what they are doing, and they are jerks! My fiancé made an appointment to drop his truck off at 8 AM on a Friday morning. They did not start inspecting his truck until 10AM. He had them pre order the parts and they still ordered the wrong thing! Then they sent him to a different location where they said they'd be done by the end of the business day. Well that didn't happen! The next day we visit the shop to check on the progress and NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE SINCE THE DAY BEFORE, after we were promised it'd be done first thing. We leave and come back a couple hours before close....and everyone is sitting around looking dumb! My fiancé literally had to pull out his tools and start helping them!!! And they wouldn't even compensate him for his labor! Oh and even after all of that, they could not finish the job! Not to mention they had kids popping out the back sweating, dirty, and playing with dangerous tools. Somebody call DFCS!!! And even after waiting for over 8 hours, they locked his truck key up in the office so we couldn't even drive home!!! Un-freaking-believable! read more

With my CR-V on the lift my six sense said, "Why pay $240.00 for used Michelins you saw for $170.00 the set. Manuel Owner or Manager was the nicest at first, assuring me that one of the tires had a nail in the sideway, and he wasn't going to install that one, to my satisfaction. These tires had 70-thread and going back to the other business exhausted as I was with the process I threw caution to the wind and got it over with. The next morning, what the F*@#! I spent my time changing a flat, seems that tire got installed by mistake. The nice guy Manuel turned into Lucifer with the fast talk about the prices on craigslist were fluid, and he didn't like my attitude, my inconvenience was not his issue.....The balancing on all 4 wheels was not right, and I ended up at Gran Turismo paying for a redo-- high speed balancing. Manuel is the kind of guy, that comes close to crossing the line, and escalating a alternation into a fight or worse....he tested my maturity. read more

Had some work done at your Lawrenceville location I was told there was a 90 days same as cash in house financing they didn't show me the paper so I can read over them just stopped me was like your normal credit application I had the work done $1,500 job done their tires and some other things done and no one offered to tell me the terms something like a lease agreement what I was getting myself into I blame myself and I also blame the management there because they should let you know what you getting into is not just your regular Norm credit financing so I have 90 days same as cash and if you don't have it paid by then the payments were very very very expensive as a car payment and they had a lot of different terms in there if you don't have it they put you on the 12-month payment plan after that and I would wind up paying over $3,000 for a $1,500 job so I just want to put it out there make sure you read over the agreement read more
