I texted the main number and got an immediate call back from Mo over at Luminex who apologized and ask me to come to the Luminex shop and they would get me taken care of. The shops are within a mile of each other so no trouble at all. I purchased a Groupon for the Nano Ceramic on the front two windows. I saw a previous review that stated Groupons can only be used during the week. I did not have this experience. There were no issues using it at all. Note: Groupons are good for I believe 35% tinting. You can upgrade this for$50. Mo was great in showing me all options and even let me look through the back windows of his car so I could see the amount of light blockage. It was overcast at the time so it was super helpful because it made me realize, what I wanted to do for my back windows would be much too dark for my vision issues and night time driving. He wasn't pushy or tried to upsell aggressively as some places normally would. In the end, I decided to only do my front windows and windshield to start with. I wanted all windows to be uniform so did 20% on the front windows to match the back, 70% on the windshield and added a 5% strip in the top 6 inches of the windshield. Great news is that there's a 3 year warranty! So I was able to purchase worry free! The windshield was $175 and the added strip was $50. The prices are great in comparison to what I've paid for tinting on other SUVs. From the outside it looks excellent. From the inside you definitely feel the temperature and light difference. Right now it still needs to cure so there are some blurry spots but I was assured with leaving it in the sun for as long as I can this would clear up. Tips I was given was to not roll the windows down, don't use the defroster, and only use the foot level AC for a few days. It's also really nice they placed a DO NOT ROLL DOWN sticker across the window buttons as a reminder. If the tinting doesn't clear up, I'll comeback and amend the review but I have all faith that they will be great! Thanks, Mo! My Mercedes-Benz S560 was towed to write Automotive and for 3 days no work was done because someone copied down the wrong number. When they finally got the number corrected it still took an additional seven days to get the repair done on my car. My car is a 2015 Mercedes S560 and for a starter to be replaced in a new battery it cost me $2,517! I had to call numerous times just to see if they had even started my vehicle? At the point I physically went up to the shop and told them either they get it fixed today or put it back together and I will take it elsewhere the repairs miraculously got done. When I went to finally pick up my vehicle and asked the service technician why a battery / starter repair costed $2,500 I was told because original OSM parts were placed on the and that is why the price was so high. After picking up my vehicle and thinking about it I began to get more and more upset at the apparent price gouging. I took the invoice that shows no detail totals to two automotive shops in both agreed that my repairs were very expensive for my particular vehicle. I called the shop back and asked could I speak to the shop manager so that we could discuss this issue. She did agree to meet with me and when I did she really had poor excuses as to why a repair that should have cost me around $1,200 Max ended up costing me $2,500? She even went so far as to show me the price of the part which was around $560 yet the price she charged me was $1200! How is that ethical or fair? Then she proceeded to tell me that had to repair has been done without the use of my extended warranty company it could have possibly have been cheaper? I asked her why didn't the technician tell me that and she said perhaps he didn't know or was not trained correctly? After going back and forth with poor excuses she saw my disbelief of her overcharging me almost $1,200 and had the nerve to offer me a free oil change. I own six vehicles and right Auto Works has lost the potential to service all of my vehicles for years in the future. I completely understand that this is a business providing a service but the treat your customers like this and to price gouge as I felt I have been a victim of it's just wrong. I took my daughter's car here for an electrical issue at 8am on a Tuesday. We didn't hear from them till we called at 2pm to see if there was an update. They said there were no issues with the car and we could come pick it up. We said we wanted to leave it there overnight to make sure the issue didn't resurface, as my daughter needs the car to drive to work and I we don't want her to get stranded. No call the next morning. We called at 11am to see if it was still fine. They hadn't looked at it yet and said they would look at it now. No return call again. We called at 1pm and they said we needed an NEW ENGINE! No, not engine but a new "motor". We asked for an explanation. These are the reasons they provided. 1. They said we had no oil in the car. - My husband has been changing the oil in the car for the last 6 years. My daughter checked the oil last week. There was oil in the car. The car has NEVER not had oil. 2. There was a valve cover leak. - News to us. This was not an issue before we came here. We have never had visible oil around the oil cover. 3. A cylinder is misfiring. - This is a sign that a spark plug or the coil needs to be replaced. I don't know if they thought we didn't know anything about cars because we are women but they are definitely wrong. We immediately went up there to pick up the car. The car was still in the garage with the hood up. There was a large blue oil drain in front of our car that was supposed to bone dry. We drove away and there was a cloud of white smoke. What the heck! We came there was an electrical issue. The car has NEVER had this issue. We pulled over and drove in my car to the auto part store to pick up a quart of oil. No issues after to put oil in the car. I ran a diagnostic on the car because we have a micro mechanic diagnostic reader. NOW the car reads that there cylinder 1 is misfiring. Luckily we know how to change spark plugs and coils. After we fix the damage they did to the car, we're taking it to Hyundai to finally get the electrical looked at. A wait of money and two days of time. We are out $80 for their mandatory diagnostic fee, Vo didn't have this, the price of an emergency quart of oil and the spark plug or oil after we perform the test to see which one is having the issue. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT GO HERE!

He never fixed what was not necessary to fix at the time and would give us a priority list with low pricing that was always honored, of what we needed to pay attention to and when we needed to bring it in for that service. He never took advantage and would even let us get our own parts without the markup and install them for labor only. He was a very fair man and will liked. I miss him greatly. I give Mr Vo 5 stars. The new guys, maybe 2 stars. I believe they have much to learn about customer service. They just don't have the passion for it that he had.
