Around 1PM a rep called and said he was about 40 minutes out. I politely told him his services would not be needed. If after 5 hours of waiting a company does not have the decency to call, it is usually a portend of things to come. I gave the $3500 job out to another company who came out the next day and had a estimate the next morning. Shop around , there are plenty of glass companies out there who are prompt and reliable.
