Last night I called here and Brian literally picked up and spoke with me about availability. He was free first thing this morning and we set up a time for him to come. Car was at my house, in the driveway, Brian was friendly, professional, and most importantly- thorough. Found a few areas that needed repair and I was happy that it was reasonable compared to taking it to a major shop. Cracks and dings are important to fix right away. They can turn into something worse so fast, so especially with the high cost of replacement, I'd gladly keep calling Brian to come out moving forward. But as the Internet is a thing I quickly learned that many people have not had such great experiences with a certain company with a catchy jingle. After a little research I came across Todd's company Axis Auto Glass. After a little more research I found reviews on Yelp as well as reviews on other sites all espousing the good work that Todd does with auto glass repair and replacement. Being someone who thoroughly detests talking on the phone I emailed Todd about replacing my cars windshield. Within the span of 4 emails and maybe 40 minutes I had an appointment for him to come to my house to replace my window. He arrived about 10 minutes before his scheduled appointment time. As someone who believes that if you arrive on time then you're 5 minutes late, I really appreciate Todd's promptness.
