    Upper seal came off!

    Dropped car off at 11am, came back an hour later only for them to tell me they got the wrong windshield. This, after having already removed my existing windshield. They said I would be rescheduled for the following weekend. When they went to put my old windshield back on they did a half-assed job: lower windshield trim not fastened properly, upper seal not fastened properly and while I was driving on the freeway it came off, half of the seal was flailing around getting glue all over my roof, and my passenger side A-Pilar cover is now cracked. I decided to cancel my appointment and I don't trust them enough to fix the damage they've done. Please do better, guys!

    Awful, awful, awful. Run, do not walk, they are a miserable group at the Orange Park location on Kingsley. From Brian, the tatoo guy at the front desk, to the tech team, they are so miserable to deal with. Three trips to get the right OEM windshield...just take my word for it, they totally are sub-par.

    Crack straight through one of the chip repairs.

    I paid $191.33 for chip repairs and one of them failed with the windshield cracking straight through the repair. I had Safelite replace the windshield and their warranty stated I would receive a refund for the chip repairs. That was in August and after having been in contact with the branch, customer service, and sales audit I still do not have the refund after over three months of calls and emails.

    Top piece of molding that now we have to tape down. 2 have flown off on the freeway so far. Safelite SUCKS!

    Here we go again... my review of Safelite after the interaction today Pictures and videos included. We tried AGAIN to give them a chance. I wish I could give ZERO stars!! Don't ever let SafeLite near your vehicle. You will be forever regretful. We were REALLY hoping the 4th repair would be the one that actually fixed the truck, but worst experience so far!! And even after the plastic header piece flew off our FJ Cruiser, TWICE, they don't care. The current piece is so loose that it needs to be taped down to protect others on the road since these now have a tendency to fly off while we are driving down the freeway. And the rude, incompetent manager said it was installed CORRECTLY. Can you believe we have to drive around with duct tape on our expensive Toyota FJ, all because our insurance had us use Safelite for a windshield repair. NEVER AGAIN!!

    Tape that was used on my car during a windshield replacement that took the paint with it. SMH!

    i had my windshield replaced in April, no problem. Then the blue tape that was used on the windshield and the roof of my car. Upon removing it took my paint with it. Contacted Safelite the next day spoke with the office manager. She informed me that there was a recall on the paint color of my car for 2015 sent me the information and the link to look it up. I then looked it up and there's been no recall. Paint color has a defect therefore it has been peeling off of vehicles. Mind you it didn't just come off it was pulled off by the tape used also leaving some adherent behind as well. Basically they provided a service that damaged my paint they are not responsible. I've contacted NHSTA. I've also contacted Kia corporate and I've also spoke with my insurance company.

    It's been 30 days since initial claim. Tech just left doing warranty work for the 5th or 6th time. They ordered the wrong part so I must wait even longer to have a windshield repair done correctly. If you can go elsewhere, I would highly advise that. Horrible experience and the nightmare continues.

    Went in to get my windshield replaced, and my dashboard got damaged in a few spots. I would no recommend anyone to use them.

    My other half of a massive fan of vehicle window tint and lamented the lack thereof on his new car…read more I did some sleuthing online, asked friends, and a few people recommended Mr. Cool. I decided tinting would be a good birthday gift and wrapped up a homemade gift certificate. Of note: my Husband is a car guy. He knows a veritable crap ton about them, different models, can repair them, used to install audio systems, etc so he knows his stuff. So earlier this year, I pointed him in Mr. Cool's direction with the blessing to spend some cash and get tinting done. He called and made an appointment. After discussing skills, process, and materials, he had the windows on his Mini tinted. The owner told me it's a little tight to tint a Mini but he's done them in the past. Bottom line - high quality tint, professional application, and a much cooler car in both temperature and appearance. My car will likely be next.

The man didn't show up on Wednesday, Thursday, and today, Friday, July 3, 2026. I even stopped by his shop so he can see the type of tint that I'm trying to have put on my businesses front window. The first day he said is he may need a charge more depending on how difficult it could be for him. He told me he would be at the shop today At 12:30 PM and once again never showed. You should never have to chase someone down to pay them for a service that they claim they provide. I will go somewhere else and at least the next person will be a lot more reliable
