Just completed the 9 month classes/program. Before signing up to Safety Education, I have called several places for prices and schedule and I would say that they do have the best one. I am really Thankful for all the stuff as they make my situation lighter. Frank gives the best advice, I learned a lot from him during the group classes and our one on one meeting! Safety education center Is the place i would recommend to any one who is going through a DUI, i was recommended by a friend and they have the best staff that makes this program go by quick and easy. Really like this place. My counselor is Lali and she's super cool, a little spunky, and extra funny. It's a laid back environment in her class and she takes genuine interest in her clients. They also take extra precautions for COVID. Only 6-8 people per class and they check temperatures and have lots of hand sanitizer around. Recommended. read more

No one ever wants to have to go to SE classes but if bad decisions land you in a safety education center this is the one you want to be at. The people here are very down to earth and really just want you to learn and make better life choices. The prices are very reasonable and payment plans are available. They also work with your schedule. The front staff is always very nice and helpful. Douglas has made group classes easier to want to go to even after a long day at work. So, if you have to have a program.. go to this one! This one is honestly the best. Staff is always friendly. They will work with you on payments. (They also offer the lowest prices for the classes that I found) The program is great with working with your schedule. Douglas is the man!!! Make sure toy get into one of his classes. He's easy to talk to and most classes are enjoyable because he brings up thought provoking topics and everyone participates. Really easy to get to and there's always parking available. Really really recommend this place if they assign you to another place first! I was suppose to go to Burbank but my friend suggested and recommended I should come here. He said a girl named Carmen would help me out with all my things. Honestly her and Sabrina are very great! They really try to work with what fits best with your schedule, never met such great girls like them. All they ask from you in return is to always be on TIME! Don't ever be late, not worth missing a class! Douglas is great! Super humble and chill and down to earth. You'll be super lucky if you get him. They're all very professional and honestly it's a great place to come and learn a thing or two. They'll help you with any questions you have and won't hesitate to guide you through them. I've completed 6 months in this program. It was an eye opening and productive experience. Alex the guy at the front desk is totally cool. Frank one of the counselors , knows his stuff. Very down to earth, knowledgeable and 100% real. He gives you the real deal. Straight, no chaser and makes you laugh in the process. Gil one of the other counselors is very compassionate. In his group I was able to hit some sensitive and emotional topics that was very necessary during this process. I enjoyed the experience and will not be returning. These are good people. read more

This place is cool for what it is. The councilors Douglas and Alex were great people who actually helped. Very knowledgeable, understanding, non-judgmental people. As for the other staff members they were cold and not friendly at all, actually felt like slapping some of them a few times. They act like there shit dont stank, thats what made me appreciate Douglas and Alex that much more, there down to earth and real, which is something anyone would appreciate, not the dmv clerk attitudes the other staff has. One recommendation though, make sure you get here on time. They will lock you out and just stand on the other side of the locked glass door look at you and say "shouldnt have been late" PS- Im only giving this place 4 stars because of the help and insite that Douglas and Alex provided. Frank is the best counselor i could have hoped for and more. He really helps you out and guides you through this not so comfortable process. He referred me to a company to get affordable car insurance and always had a listening ear when i had concerns . He always found a way to help and find a solution. The topics in discussion are always educational and the group sessions really raise awareness . Alex in the front desk is very friendly and will always have an answer to any question. Man this place is beyond a blessing. I have Lolly as my counselor and she's been such an angel. She's genuine, caring, and lovely to talk to! Its not easy for any of us to go through this type of situation but Lolly, Alex, Frank, and the rest of the staff make you almost forget about it! While I wish I had never put myself in a position to attend DUI classes, I am so very happy that I was able to take them here! So many fantastic and helpful people! Top of the list is Carmen, who from my very first contact with her to my last made me feel comfortable and cared for. I was very nervous on my first day but she set me at ease and explained everything. My counselor, Laly, is the best! She made every class fun and entertaining, and her support of my newly found sobriety was priceless. Jonathan handled all the check-ins and reschedules like a champ, getting it all done efficiently and quickly with a great sense of humor. Frank and Gil were great too, each with their own way of conducting classes and videos, making the time go by quickly with thought-provoking conversation and new ways of thinking about things. Attended this school years prior for a traffic violation. Facility is kind of a hole in the wall. The staff isn't very friendly. They pretty much act condescending towards you considering you're there for a traffic violation. There is one friendly counselor there though can't recall her name. I called recently to get some documents for court and was told they'd be mailed out to me per the supervisor there. I never received any documents surprise surprise. Let's just say that you might want to select a different school if you are looking for a facility that offers similar services. read more

Where do I begin, I enrolled into my 6-month program in May of 2017. I went through almost all if not most of the instructors and let me tell you they made my whole experience what it was. Of course a DUI class can't really be an enjoyable experience however given the fact that it is a court ordered course, you would at the very least want to attend a school that genuinely cares about its members. Frank & Loli definitely stood out in my long enrollment there, I was dropped multiple times (for justifiable reasons i.e tardiness, absences) but every time I managed to re-enroll they did everything in their power to put me back on track and persuade me to finish in a timely manner. All the discussions and educational classes were very engaging and I didn't mind doing make-ups with other instructors. Although I would never recommend a DUI to anyone, EVER, I would talk highly of this place shall you ever fall under such and unfortunate circumstance. Don't drink and drive. I just finished my last class today (3.5 years it took me) but I definitely learned a lot and made the best of this course. read more
