The sign-up process at Adapt Aware Zone was easy, and Adrian, who has been my instructor for the past several weeks, has been amazing. He's professional, patient, and made the program a much better experience. Because of him, I would have gladly given this program five stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office today completely changed that. I called on July 27 around 9:00 a.m. because I wanted to make up a payment that hadn't gone through the previous week. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She insisted I was missing three payments, including the one I was calling about. After I paid last week's balance, she claimed I had also missed a payment from June 23. I explained that was incorrect and that I had the receipt to prove it. Instead of listening, she repeatedly told me, "Look at it, look at it, look at it," in a rude and impatient tone while saying it was in her system. I emailed her my receipt, and once she saw it, she realized I had actually made the June 23 payment. Rather than apologizing for the mistake, she simply moved on. She then tried to count tomorrow's payment as a missed payment, even though it wasn't due yet. The entire conversation made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just for trying to resolve a billing issue. Customer service should involve listening, being respectful, and admitting when a mistake has been made. Adrian deserves recognition for the excellent job he does, but the woman who handled my call today could really benefit from additional customer service training. read more

Unfortunately we all have to attend here because of an expensive mistake we've all made, and I hope to god never to repeat this process and for anyone's else's ever again. With that being said, I had the good fortune to complete my 6 month dui program before my court hearing, in do so I got to meet genuine people such as Mrs. Anita she was beyond helpful and really does care, even if it might be tough love she does care about all her students. My other fellow classmates were truly a blessing, getting to at least joke around, and have groups discussion on planning ahead if we decide to drink, never to get behind the wheel. Thanks to you Anita's teaching might sound silly, but I do follow in her teaching of planning ahead in certain situations. This review it's gonna be about my whole experience with the program and if I could honestly say if I wasn't ordered by the court to do this program, I would not recommend. I don't like that if you give them weeks or months notice that you can't show up to a class for personal reasons, they will still charge you even if you asked to reschedule and I did not feel like the teacher/the host of the class was already judging me just because I was a young faced I would ask her questions kind of turn the other cheek on me well really ignore me and I didn't like that. Ms. Anita is one of the instructors at adapt aware zone. She is the most wonderful and compassionate person I ever met. Not only did this class teach about the consequences and risks of a DUI, but she taught more on a personal level. She taught personal growth, goals, boundaries, and self reflection within. This company is a total joke. All they care about is taking your money. The classes are a total joke, they make you watch YouTube videos for 3 hours every week and call it edication. Their office is run like its being handled by preschoolers. No one knows what theyre doing, what they're talking about or handle your accounts properly. You can speak to 10 different people and get 10 different answers and they wait until the last minute to tell you time sensitive, pertinent information. I will admit that when I was assigned the 3 month Adapt Aware Zone DUI classes as part of my "punishment" for a DUI I treated it as a nuisance. I did not feel I had really done anything wrong. I simply had a bit too much to drink at a concert and I drove home like I had done many times before. I believed I would simply finish my classes and get back to my life. These classes have been a revelation for me. My instructor, Miss Anita we all call her, has used a combination of tough education with enlightening videos and group interaction as a type of therapy. Not only have I come to understand the consequences of my type of actions, but I have been given an awakening of sorts that I will carry with me moving forward.
