This is a great place to learn CPR and Basic Life Support! The teacher is funny and the class is not boring.

TJ, our instructor for the 5-hr CPR, AED, first-aid class was extremely effective at conveying the information in a fun, energetic, and engaging way. :) We were worried about the length of the class, but TJ kept it light and easy to follow, and everyone was asking questions. I took the EMSA Pediatric/CPR course with Nina Hurwitz and it was fantastic! She presented the class with great enthusiasm and kept us engaged and as hands on as possible. What I valued most was her personal connection to the subject, which brought more than what was expected into the training. So great that this company offers weekend classes, especially Sundays (read: free street parking). Free drinks and snacks are a bonus. Clean facility with clean bathrooms. easy, fast, cheapest guaranteed. needed my BLS ,booked an appointment easily on thier website and paid. they have classes almost every week in Berkeley, and almost every day around the bay area. went there at 2 pm received my book, and was done with BLS certificate in hand at 5 pm. highly recomended. i will be back next week for my ACLS certificate read more

Awesome class! Cute and fun instructor and very easy to follow along video and live demos. Took the same class in Concord 2 years ago... Perks of taking it there was the free parking (don't forget to bring parking money for Berkeley and plan on spending about $10), but the options on where to eat before or after class in Berkeley are plentiful. Overall well worth the $80 to be re-certified in CPR BLS. I'm considering taking their ACLS class next. read more

Excellent class. Great instructor, J.P., who kept the class on course without being snarky,was encouraging to everyone, and had us spend a lot of time practicing as a team and individually. After feeing disappointed with CPR classes elsewhere that were only adequate, I finally found an outstanding CPR class! The instructor, Justin, did an excellent job of making it lively, memorable, and truly fun. He was also welcoming and efficient with the check-in process, and created an environment in which the participants could learn from each other's questions. (I put 4 stars instead of 5 because the space could use a good cleaning, especially stains in the carpet.) I'm excited to spread the word about this place, and will definitely return when it's time to renew again. read more

This is the 3 rd time I've come to this site and would definitely recommend coming here. Parking available in a couple lots, on street parking is only 2 hrs, so I recommend parking in lots. read more
