I told her I had it on my phone and waited for the Walmart app to load. She rushed me, ignored other customers, and refused to check someone else's receipt while I was still waiting. When my receipt finally loaded, she sighed heavily like I was stealing. Her behavior made me feel singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected -- especially as a mom trying to manage a fussy baby. I've never felt so singled out for no reason. Walmart needs to train staff to treat all customers with respect, because this was unacceptable. I want to speak to management about how I was treated, because Walmart needs to ensure all customers are treated fairly and with respect.

I then asked a simple follow-up question: "How would I know when to call if I placed the order two days in advance? How do I know when the order is being prepared?" She became impatient, repeated herself without answering the question, and her tone became rude and unprofessional. When I tried to clarify again, she simply said, "Just call when we open." The issue wasn't that my request couldn't be accommodated I completely understand policies. The disappointing part was how the conversation was handled once I asked for clarification. Team members should be trained to remain patient and understanding when customers are simply trying to understand the process for future orders.
