I've been coming to this station lots over time. Clean bathroom, many pumps. Used to be best deal in town. No more. They're = to most other cheap stations now. And they've raised drink prices above competition recently. Disappointing. Won't go out of my way any longer. read more

I regularly shop at Safeway and take advantage of their gas discounts. The only issue I have is that this is the only Safeway gas station in town so it can get crowded. That said they are fairly well set up to deal with the crowd. I have only dealt with the pump so I haven't met any of the employees but I have no issues with my "go to" gas station. Don't waste your time. The worker doesn't want to work. As soon as I would pull up to a pump he would shut the pump off. Then puts the sign up out to lunch. He is just lazy stay away. read more

Pros - 1. It's a gas station. I pull in, I fill up my car, I leave. 2. I like that all of my rewards points can be used at once here instead of just 20 cents at a time like at Chevron. 3. It's close to work 4. It's pretty much the least expensive gas in town 5. I can run in and get drinks for the same price I'd pay inside Safeway - no more expensive convenience store prices! Cons - 1. It can be a little....hairy getting in here. And if you end up on the southern side, you're stuck. 2. Got yelled at by an old guy who didn't think I had moved forward enough. Not the gas station's fault but.....jerk! 3. You can't enter off Mendocino but some people still do - it's funny to see them realize the mistake they just made. So - yay! Thank you, Safeway, for finally bringing a gas station to Sonoma County! Give Costco a run for their money - and you don't have to worry about having a membership. read more

You save some serious coin, if you have a Safeway card and a little patience.The layout can be hard to navigate due to the fact the site was a rundown low customer volume Union 76 gas station before Safeway took over. I always pay at the pump, so I can't review the customer service, but the price is right, especially for the area. read more

Worst customer service ! Idk who is actually working right now. It's a male working with poor people skills and customer service and he came out yelling at my husband for the reason that he accidentally he entered the wrong way. Sorry we aren't from here and didn't notice the signs. But he turns off the gas pump and yells at him and to top it off told customers inside the store to be careful because it's the 1st of the year and by the truck we drove, we probably carry guns. Really!! I had my four children in the truck and saw everything and asked why they were treating us like this. All he had to do was speak to us like adults. And judge us by our vehicle and most likely race. Horrible. Thanks young man for showing my kids how discriminating is. Breaks my heart they had to see this negative attitude of this person. First off its now a nightmare to get into this place seeing as a center divide was put up and it only has one entrance. second you guys raised you cigarette prices to $8 a pack???!! You lost all my business. Either your raising those prices to persuade people to stop smoking which is stupid and wont do a thing to stop people. Or your just a greedy corporation raising your prices because you think people will pay that. Either way you lost me.
